  1. Smoking hot body but those gaps in her teeth are driving me crazy! :D
  2. I'm surprised about McNabb. I've seen more negative than positive reviews about his play this year.
  3. Do you get a free shot at the Flyer taking the faceoff?
  4. I wonder how many AHL level forwards in Europe have an out clause in their contract, that if the Sabres offered enough money to get them to come back and finish out the season in Rochester, they would say yes. Alternatively, go out and acquire a AHL vet from another teams AHL roster. They could definitely use at least one veteran presence up front, and one on the blueline.
  5. I'll repeat what I said in this thread or somewhere else recently... If McCormick has had an issue with one of his fingers that has been ongoing since last year, I question how much he is going to be dropping the gloves this season. Also, his play in general from 10-11 to 11-12 really tailed off.
  6. I've gone on record many times about this, and agree with you 100%. Horton, Perreault & Hasek. No one else even close to consideration either former or current players.
  7. If McCormick has been bothered by a finger problem since last season, I wonder how much willingness he will have to drop the gloves this year(or what's left of it).
  8. At moments like this, it's nice to have season tickets! :)
  9. Only time will tell. I guess the good thing is that he is not repeating last years numbers. That would definitely not be a good sign.
  10. Good to see that you are also in mid-season form. :D Go Sabres!
  11. So it took Lindy and Darcy 25 games of sucking, getting put on the 4th line and the press box before they realized he wasn't "hot" anymore? Yeah people would have gone nuts if he was sent to the Amerks much earlier. <_< Good to know I can rev up my hatred for these two before even one game is played.
  12. I don't know what the exact situation was in terms of injuries at the time, but there were probably dozens of options in terms of street UFA's, and or a minor trade for a forward that would have been 100's of times better than letting Adams confidence go in the crapper...which oh by the way is still in the crapper as of today.
  13. I agree that it was a head scratcher when he was picked. That being said, just as an example, look at Gaustad's junior numbers the season after he was drafted. Junior numbers always have to be taken with a grain of salt especially when you are a 19 or 20 year old playing against 16, 17 and 18 year olds. 80 points and 200 penalty minutes....WOW. We have the next great NHL power forward! NOT. Good 3rd or 4th liner, but very little of an offensive skill set at the NHL level. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=50640
  14. Not to nitpick, but the article states it was 5 points in two games. ;)
  15. Take CI and stick it up your ass. $50? Thank you sir, may I have another.
  16. I'll say one thing on this...When Ruff moved Adam off the line with Vanek and Pominville(or whoever it was he was on a line with), he should have went to Rochester within a few games when it was clear his play was going downhill. Instead, Ruff jerked him around 25 games or so, from line to line, to sitting on the bench, to in the press box, and then eventually to Rochester.
  17. Not one second has been played, and my list is ready to go... 1. Miller 2. Vanek 3. Myers
  18. Excellent point! It's hard to get excited about Miller.
  19. Was she 6'1" and only weighed 80 pounds the first time around?
  20. I don't want to trade Sekera unless he goes in a package to upgrade the top 6 in a big way, and Regehr can't go because other than Weber there is no toughness on the blueline. The guy I'd be willing to part with now or at the dealine(preferably now) would be Leopold. I doubt he is re-signed, and not only do you have Brennan pushing for a spot, but McNabb and Pysyk should be challenging for a spot come September. Sekera is WAY undervalued here by some.
  21. If Nabakov can regain some of his old form, and the Isles can find a couple of defenseman for 5-6-7 roles, they could challenge for a playoff spot. I'd be surprised if they finished last in the conference or even in the bottom 3. They certainly have enough talent up front.
  22. Bottom line...Hecht is a better forward option than anyone in Rochester, and if he can stay healthy, is not being overpaid(I'm guessing he is signed for 1.5-2mil), and is on a one year contract, it seems to be a win-win. He is not here to be a top 6 player(unless massive injuries occur), is good on the PK, brings some offensive ability to the bottom six, and is a WAY better option as #3 center instead of Ott or "no mas" Leino. Where's the problem with this?
