Hopefully Lindy can right the ship... edit: I will say that there is solace to be taken in at least playing better than they did in prague. it's at least a step in the right direction. hopefully they are still in the race when/if they actually figure it out under lindy.

Rosen, to me, has always felt like a player where the sum is less than its parts. He is a great passer, has good speed, a good shot, and plays solid defense. Someone referred to him as a peripheral player, but I'm not even sure I would call him that.

Seems like a pretty good result for the Amerks players. Penguins didn't field their true NHL team, but there were plenty of NHL regulars/tweeners out there

I think we need to see how effective malenstyn, aube kubel, lafferty, and McLeod are on our pk before we even consider shipping him. He played a pretty big part in the turn around of the pk from 22-23. Lindy loves his special teams

I agree with this. Didn't see this past one vs the Pens, but he jumped off the screen in the first two games (was on the second line with Helenius and Wahlberg). Really solid play despite playing out of position and being used to the bigger ice surface in SHL. He had a few chances of his own and was setting up his two line mates for a few chances that they didn't finish. Even though the points didn't come, it's apparent from watching him that he can think the game / play the at a higher level. Is it high enough to make up for his physical limitations? Who knows. But I would expect a really good year from him in the AHL, he's going to be a gamer for sure.

A lot of good opportunities on the powerplay there. They were getting it down low into the areas around the net pretty frequently. NJ goalie had some nice saves
