Ok Enough Terry - Fire Ruff Adams and the Assistants!
Flashsabre replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
I’m not a Cozens fan. He will never improve his hockey IQ. The takeaway is though that Cozens had value around the league and Adams turned that into a major red flag with a higher salary and threw. 2nd round pick in to boot. -
The Mets owner did just a couple weeks ago

Pegula has owned this team going on 15 years and is 0 for in making the playoffs. Not once has he apologized to the fans for this mess or taken any responsibility. There is the culture right there. Continuous poor hire after poor hire that has damned this organization for a decade and a half. It starts at the top. I honestly don’t know how he walks around with his head up when he’s been the biggest failure of an owner in NHL history. I’ve stopped watching the games. If they aren’t serious about being competitive then they don’t get my time anymore.

Is Sabrespace loading really slowly, or is it just me?

It’s mimicking the Sabres season 😁 -
What senior leadership (if any) does Terry move on from in 2025/26?
Flashsabre replied to Mango's topic in The Aud Club
How f’n pathetic is it that IF they move on from Adams then it is just choosing in house options that are already part of the mess, because they don’t want to spend money on qualified people. They will fire Ruff, promote Appert to HC, draft 4th OA and call it a day -
3 games in, the Sabres are literally the worst team

Man I would give anything for the videos of the 3 days of presentations Kevyn gave Terry in the offseason to save his job. Was this start part of the plan?😁 -

https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article/fans-chant-fire-adams-as-sabres-drop-to-0-3/ PLEASE let Adams have a media availability soon. We need another defiant man baby meltdown.😁 -

The problem is Karmanos is part of this mess. If it is just promoting him than all the other 💩 stays onboard and the Ruff to Appert succession plan stays in tact -

The JJ for Kesselring and Doan was a culture trade. Problem is Sabres make just one of these every couple years and think that will fix everything. Cozens for Norris is another one. Problem is Norris can’t stay healthy and Kesselring is injured too. It’s not just canning Adams it has to be a clean sweep. The whole group: Adams, Karmanos, Ellis, Ruff, Appert, Wilford. This team stays with failed leaders and expect a different outcome. -

Lyon and Doan have stood out the first 2 games. Not much else has looked decent -

I wouldn’t mind seeing Ellis in net (not Matt Ellis)😁 -
Josh Norris has an Upper Body Injury; Zach Benson is hospitalized
Flashsabre replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
I like Norris the player but this is beyond ridiculous at this point. Sadly I have no faith in this organization until either Pegula is gone or he steps back and gets a serious succesfulNHL person to run the show. -
Sadly I feel we are going to be all over these draft prospects again this season and I just don’t have the heart for it.
-
We won’t hear it much so it doesn’t really matter 😁

https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article/gary-bettman-believes-sabres-terry-pegula-is-a-terrific-owner/ Well if he’s good enough for Gar Bear then we all should just be thrilled 😄 😂

The only thing that will make this season more comical is when they announce the Adams, Ellis, Wilford and Appert multi year extensions😝 Ive lost the ability to even be upset about this team anymore. I feel nothing watching them lose. Hey atleast Doan looked good.😁 -
Is it crazy that I think I feel more comfortable with Lyon-Ellis right now rather than UPL-Georgiev

Sabres to place Alexandar Georgiev on waivers today
Flashsabre replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Georgiev was a lotto ticket. Just like any other goalie in the market. The Georgiev ticket didn’t win so they move on to the Eliis ticket. -
Rumor is when the Sabres Brass go to make the Official Team Lineup that the page is blank except for one name: Jacob Bryson. They fill in the other names in pen but Bryson’s is already there in typed print.😁
-
Goaltending is voodoo. Most goalies these days seem like MLB relief pitchers. Good for a year or two and then yikes. No problem rolling the dice on Eliis. God knows Georgiev didn’t grab the opportunity.

IF Norris can stay healthy the Sabres win the trade running away. Norris has all the tools Cozens did but he has a brain to utilize the tools effectively. He was the player that impressed me most in the preseason.
