Both Seravalli and Friedman are expecting changes and really there HAS to be. And if both are saying it, it is because there is legit chatter about it. No way anyone has hope if it is the status quo.

You know your franchise is a well oiled machine when you are praying that the GM that has missed the playoffs for 5 straight years gets a promotion 😁 I’ll take anything that gets a new person in the GM chair. They should absolutely move UPL. UPL for Demko, roll the dice that he returns to form. Move UPL, sign Freddie Andersen for a year. Switch it up in between the pipes.

The problem is if they fire Adams they have not proven on any level that they can identify a good GM to hire. Imagine someone worse than Adams taking over.😂

There is also the possibility a Development group steps in and buys the arena with a vision for it.

Brad May did an interview on Nick Kypreos show and said that the Sabres have gotten away from their identity. No toughness and fight. Interesting thing he said was that he heard the Sabres might be raising tickets by 16% for next season. Said if that is true then it is an embarrassment with the product they put on the ice.

What a mess the entire franchise is. If it weren’t for the Bills Stadium over runs I could see Pegula taking control of the arena and upgrading it. Now not so much. IF the Sabres had to go I would selfishly want to see them down the QEW in Hamilton who are doing a $290 million redesign of their arena. Be interesting how the team spins everything after the season.

Yep. These are players that have excelled at every level all the way up. For some of them this is their first roadblock to a successful NHL career and mentally that can be hard to handle.

I read a scout that said as he gets stronger he should unlock his skating even more. His brain and playmaking creativity down the middle is exactly what the Sabres lack. He has home-run potential if he gets stronger and develops. In that 8-10 range he would be my guy.

I like O’Brien. Highly creative 6’2 RHC who is a tremendous playmaker. With Leenders as his goalie you know the Sabres have seen him a lot

I think the kid is going to be alright😁

The real change though needs to be UPL. You need a legit proven starter if you want to truly improve. Is there a Dubois for Kuemoer type trade but with the Sabres trading a goalie for goalie move where you acquire a vet goalie you hope regains his form? UPL for Demko?

Could we coax Craig Anderson out of retirement and go with an Anderson-Reimer combo?😛 The NHL should allow each team a 3rd goalie in the NHL roster. Id sign Reimer as an insurance policy.

I’d sign Reimer and move off of UPL. It’s time for Levi to step up.

First Greg Millen and now Ray Shero. Too young for both men.

I gladly make this trade again. I think McLeod has more progression to his game. His problem was his feet moved faster than his brain but he seems to have figured it out. You can plug him anywhere in the lineup, he is tremendous in the PK. Fantastic wheels.
