  1. It was always nfl.com/fantasy. Go to that site. Log in and your team and league will be shown there. Don’t forget the draft is Tuesday September 4th at 7pm. Access to the draft room usually pops up about 30 min prior.
  2. Trying to understand the sabres ticket announcement. So is pricing the exact same per game for mini pack pricing as it is for buying individual tickets? Other than saving the service fee is there now no difference in pricing between the two? What is therefore the benefit of buying at least 5 games? Also, the dynamic pricing will kick in after September 30 and prices may go up or down based on sales? Just want to make sure I’m underestanding correctly. If minipack pricing is the same as individual maybe I won’t renew the mini pack and just go to a game or two. Anyone else who generally buys mini pack or individual tickets reading this the same?
  3. Draft all set up for September 4th at 7pm Eastern. Time for me to finally make the playoffs in this league!
  4. Ya I'm fine with that. Let me know what ur final numbers are eleven.
  5. I think he has a pretty high floor. I think he has a better chance of being a Sabre than most 2nd round picks. I just don't know if he will ever be good enough to be a defensively responsible partner to play with a guy like Dahlin on the top pairing or he will fit the McCabe roll of a bottom pairing guy.
  6. Maybe not two but they absolutely did in the Matthews draft. Maybe it's someone else I'm thinking of but I thought you were from the gta no? The media from day one that season was talking about the draft. Fans on message board had tanks as their avatar pics just like us beginning in October. Just like us they gave any and every warm body away at the deadline. Difference is twofold. They won the lottery and they had sucked for so long prior to that year they already had high picks (kadri, reilly) and guys like jvr who they traded another high pick (schenn) for. Debate whether we should of tanked or not but let's not pretend we're the only one. We weren't the first and certainly not the last.
  7. This is the Randall Flagg I know and love. I get how much time this took. I really do and I really appreciate it. I think this is 'The Athletic' quality without a doubt. I much prefer this to reading a Blues message board and hearing their takes after trading a player away. Myself included, sometimes you diminish the value of some of these guys after they're out the door. First hand info analysis and forming your opinion is what is paramount. Phenomenal read. Edit - What I also learned is HCPH is on thin ice. It's a big time make or break year for him.
  8. You are next on the list so you only have to Tonya harding one more.
  9. But but but....won't somebody think of the starving journalists???
  10. Your rankings are your opinion and nothing wrong with them other than disagreeing with a few but again, that's just my opinion. What I'm wondering is your updated rankings. Between the two you it had only been a couple of months and with it being the summer we have almost nothing at all to go on except maybe development camp. Did you get a chance to watch much of it? If anyone on the entire list earned an increase in any rankings based almost solely on the very limited viewings we had it was Pekar. I don't see how there's enough to move many guys since most are just practising. But that guy looked better then the 20th overall prospect after viewing him imo. Small sample size ofcourse.
  11. Wow, I'll be pissed if we give Reinhart a Larkin type contract. There's a reason you very rarely ever see 4 or 5 year deals after a players elc.
  12. Agree with this. I thought those two (particularly Samuelsson) is way too low on this list. Also, how does Pekar not move up your rankings after Sabres development camp? He was one of the top 5 guys there most of the week and for sure a top 5 player in the 3 on 3 tourney IMO.
  13. In one of his wgr segments he said his favourite number was something like 23 growing up (or some other reasonable number) but someone already had it his junior year in the ohl so he went with 53 and stuck with it ever since.
  14. A lot of people rushed to judge this draft as a poor one for JBotts immediately after the draft. I've been quite impressed with what I've read and seen from some of our later round picks so far.
  15. @Eleven - Did you ever get enough people for the new league?
  16. I don't disagree. But we also have no clue what the return is for him out there. There have been pretty serious rumblings he is looking to sign longer term with Tampa. There's a decent chance whoever trades for him is only getting him for that one season. He will for sure get more than skinner but I have no clue what is being offered. Is this a case where Ottawa is holding out until closer to the start of the season to get more or a case where there haven't been any offers overly appealing?
  17. I could see a scenario where he stays until the deadline. Even though giving up their first round pick is a sunk cost it will be a pr nightmare if they end up dfl and have to give that pick away. I’m not saying that’s the right reason to keep him for part of the year and not what I would do. But I also wouldn’t ignore it as a factor. I would think the return is more than what Carolina got for Skinner but if it’s still not what they deem sufficient, I could see a scenario where he stays until the deadline.
  18. I hate pay walls but this one is worth the subscription imo.
  19. Ok last change (I hope). Draft will be at 7 instead of 730. That will for sure have us done by 9.
  20. Let's hope Skinner works out here and signs long term. I think he can be the Sabres version of Hossa.
  21. When was the last time the sabres had a regular bottom six guy score 20+? 2007?
  22. I like GA first line up above but replace pommers with Baptist on that 4th line.
  23. The faces are hardly the same. The forward group is nearly 50 percent new players this coming year. Both goalies are new and yes, just the one d. That's pretty significant turnover.
  24. Agreed. It's more important mitts looks good than Dahlin this coming season imo. He's such a huge piece for this forward group.
