Casey gets 2 vets who can play center to break him in and Johansson can help carry the puck in Olofsson/Sheary--ERod--Sheary/Thompson........... Could be pretty good, could be pretty bad Girgs-Larsson-Okposo........... Somebody has to play the PK and although none of them is a scoring threat they'll hustle and play D Dahlin-Montour McCabe-Risto Pilut/Scandella/Bogosian--Miller

I don't think the next trade is going to be a 1 for 1, I think it's going to be more like the Kane/Bogosian trade where we give up several pieces and we get back several pieces. Too many guys need to be moved and nobody is taking our trash with a gift without taking some of their trash with a gift.

Although I agree with you for the most part BUT sometimes you need to be able to move guys out from in front of the net where being physical and strong is usually a prerequisite and this is especially true in the playoffs.

Yes but I think he's trying to build the roster depth and make the big splash when he has a boatload of cash to spend next offseason. As long as he doesn't take on too much salary in whatever moves he has yet to make this year. You have to believe he's overstocked in some areas and hopefully what comes back improves the roster enough to get us watching them until at least March/early April with some interest.
