Maybe now Terry also knows this. I'm sure Terry was talked into it by all the ex Pittsburgh people he brought in and Darcy got caught between a rock and hard place. Tanking never ends well when you don't have the farm team loaded for bear.

If the rumors are true that Terry is looking for some senior management ( I think Pres of Hockey title) then this was a stop gap move to buy time. Their next coach may be a short term hire, one of the assistants is my guess. The new (to be determined hockey czar) and Adams will then pick the real coach this summer.

There are positives and negatives with the Cozen fight. We have a young, tough player that can handle his own in a scrap and seems determined to make a name for himself at a very early start to what should be a very long career. He embodies the tough, gritty hard to play against guy the fan base for any team loves to have. But has he put a bull's eye on his back now? Will seasoned vets feel the need to put the rooky in his place? Will he get attention now from more physical players that aren't looking for a fight but just want to *send a message*? These are my concerns mainly because we have no one else that may be willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with him in these types of games.

Let your team play to it's strengths and I'm sure our puck luck will do a 180.

He wouldn't do that but did go into a 2 minute discussion that it can't be all bad *puck luck* for some of the leagues best goal scores to be having the worst years of their careers. When I heard Filipovic talk and how he painted this team, he paints it leaning heavily to a 5 man rush counter attack, good and fast skating team. Not just offense, but defense also. No Stanley Cup winner as it stands right now, but certainly not a basement dweller in goals scored. I thought Lindy Ruff style hockey, but without a true NHL goalie tandem, is how he painted the picture of this team to me.

I keep giving plasma and keep testing positive so I've been in no hurry. Not that I meet any criteria to be on a list to get it at this point, but I just didn't see a reason to.
