Yes, I've seen Zuccarello plenty. I don't discount that he's not a great talent. This team needs to stop adding players in their 30's who will be in the decline before we're in serious competition. Trading the best rental on the market for a 30 something that may upgrade the talent pool, but deflate the purpose that this team is NOT GOOD.

Gross, pass! I find this even less appealing than someone like Rick Nash.
-
Correct, I was just looking over their farm system with envy. That's not even counting Sanheim and Morin who I'm not as fond of as others.
-
The list of prospects that I like in their system is so appealing: German Rubstov, Philippe Myers, Oskar Lindblom, Morgan Frost, Carter Hart, Isaac Ratcliffe, Felix Sandstrom, Pascal Laberge, Matej Tomek, Maxim Sushko, Carsen Twarynski, Tanner Laczynski, Wade Allison, Mikhail Vorobyov. Just different layers of interesting talents all over the place.

I would think they'd call up Gillies first IMO. Unless they wanted Johnson back who was fairly consistent for them last year.
-
He hasn't been a bona fide NHL'er since 2013-14. Sorry to burst your Cherry. LMAO, he was completely useless in Buffalo over the past two seasons and can barely keep up with Gorges. He's slow man.

I pray that this is the case. As much as the team played better, you don't want to lose your offensive catalyst.

YOU BRUINS!

Nice to finally see Kane back on the tally sheet. Also, good to see Reinhart get points in 4 straight games (if I'm not mistaken).

Evander Kane: Where Will EK9 Be Trade Deadline Day?
Rasmus_ replied to Swedesessed's topic in The Aud Club
To San Jose: Evander Kane, Benoit Pouliot / Larsson To Buffalo: Daniel O'Regan, Mario Ferraro and a 1st. The reason: It fills their bottom six forward potential need, and also on their top six. It continues their effort and gives them their potential long term replacement for Marleau. I would go so far as to add a different option like Larsson to seal the deal. O'Regan has been productive in the AHL, and has the potential to be a successful bottom six forward. Ferraro gives them a defensive option with upside. -
:censored: :censored: :censored: That ;)

As soon as you have the best offer you feel fills your requirements, take it. You never know when that will be. It could be first and final, or marinate until the ultimate end - Feb 25th-26th. It's hard to know.

I'm good with any of McIsaac, Woo, Wilde, Merkley, Kupari, Lundstrom, Veleno, Smith and possibly McLeod for a rental in Kane. An extra first round would help this team grow dramatically. That's why I'm not against carving it up if there's a major crazy trade for Buffalo out there.

Two years of Bogosian 6th 2018 for 3 years of Smith and 3rd in 2019? I'd do that.

Such a great game for Eichhart.

ROR also slamming the door shut on any rumors. Unless, we get a shock to the system with premier assets!

Jordan Nolan, puke!

It is definitely possible. Just as it is possible that Okposo finally got his jump back. All the "crap" that comes with concussions can just take the game out of you for a while and it is different for each player. I know I was bashing him at the beginning of the season. He's starting to return on his contract. Keep plugging away Kyle! I know I only want to root for you. It's just crap that "our team", has to take so long to gel and by the time it's ready for it, we're completely out of it with no light both in the standings and games left.
-
Nope Liger, his first half of the season was depressing. It makes me think, was there some sort of external pressure on him, or did he just lose the fun/love for the game for a moment.
-
Evander Kane, wake up boy! You need to get your ass traded!
-
He takes over the mantle of Chris Kelly one of if not the biggest bird in recent history.
-
Meh, sorry. The Sabres need to develop and continue to purge. To me not only is this lateral, it is more of the same, patching things together. BLOW IT UP!
-
The Rangers expecting to get a return similar to Kane for a 33 year old who has been average at best is laughable. They must think Nash is still the 27 year old they originally traded for. He's as far from that player as you can think. The only difference may be control of the puck, but you're not looking for Rick Nash or Evander Kane to skate the puck up the ice.
-
Well personally if his agent was told via Fletcher that they could individually seek out a trade, it cannot be for much. Maybe see if Falk plus a conditional 7th works and go from there. I'm ready to move on from Beaulieu as much as the next. As much as Beaulieu has been garbage, it was still worth the gamble. They Sabres will definitely be able to replenish that on someone who expires at the deadline or elsewhere depending on prices.

If Anaheim really ends up with Dahlin, I'm going to seriously blow a gasket. That would be asinine.
