That's going to be a really interesting spot. Heiskanen, Hischier, Vilardi, Patrick...the top of the top with Makar, Necas, Tippett all right there. I still prefer it: Hischier, Vilardi, Heiskanen, Patrick, Makar, Necas, Liljegren.

I honestly, only see a one year or two year bridge type deal. The GM has no ties to him and may wish to go in a different direction. So we'll see. I liked what I saw in moments of Lehner's game, but he does need to work on more consistency. (Like a lot of goalies do.)

Depth signing, but we'll see if he has more to his game than he showed in the CHL. There are players who often show more in the AHL than they did in the CHL. So it could work out. Either way, they need a new glut of defensemen options for sure.

As far as I'm concerned, seeing Ennis on any line next year is depressing. He's a terrible fit in our top 6. I'd pass him off for next to nothing and it's hard to hope for he or Bogosian more. (Depending on who has less term in years left.) It blew, and totally took my desire away for watching them for the first time while under Murray's regime. The idea that they settled and didn't try to address a major fundamental flaw was infuriating. Guys like Carlo were available during his drafts (I believe.). I'm down on Byslma big time. Injuries are fine, but we're still stuck with trash like Ennis and Moulson. Give up a major asset to move one of these duds.

Nah, I do agree that Bylsma needs to go, but I'm not about Murray being sent out. He's made far less mistakes than barnfires like Vancouver.
