I have a hard time rooting for a team with Eichel, Matthews, and the Tkachuks. Likewise I can’t root for a team with Marchand, Reinhart, and McDavid. So I’m hoping for a miracle that somehow Dahlin and Sweden find a way to win.

Sweden vs. Finland is 1pm. US vs Canada is 8pm. I said he was there best player FOR MUCH OF THE GAME, not all. And he is a more effective 3 on 3 player than most of the Swedish D.

Dahlin was Sweden’s best player for much of the game, then inexplicably sat for the whole overtime. Joker played ok with a goal and hopefully boosts his trade value with eyes on him. UPL was the backup, but probably won’t get to play.

They could do as previously done and have a European and a Young Guns team.

He was injured part of the time and playing below standard to the point he got moved to wing. He’s improved since the roster was selected. He’s better off taking the time healing any lingering injuries.

I’ve been a Sabres fan since the 70’s, so it’s already been a lifetime of good and bad. Nobody is forcing you to follow them. If there was a buyer who’d keep the team in Buffalo I’d be all for it. But I don’t see any in the near future.

Nobody would buy this team without moving them to a bigger market.

At least Rob doesn’t have to wait to start drinking to forget. Hopefully the fans will start the “Fire Kevyn” chants before Terry ducks out.
