    Reinhart showed up at FNC today, probably to get a physical before going to Rochester.

    This isn't the 1800's; we live in a connected country where knowledge is applicable regardless of physical location. Standard curriculum through high school ensures that students are all on the same level of expectation and opportunity. Federal standards are the way to go.

    I could not have imagined at the start of the season that a late season game between Calgary and Arizona would mean so much for us.

    Sharks are not as good as Calgary. Columbus ended their 10 game winning streak with OT loss to Rangers. Hopefully they come back strong for their home crowd Friday.

    @Schopptalk: Three #Sabres fans yesterday wrote me novellas where Patrick Kaleta scores a tank-clinching own goal, then retires as a local legend. Sweet.

    Hackett was never going to get out of the AHL and be a regular on the Sabres. Better to put Ullmark in Rochester next season. I expect Murray to get a big goalie through trade or FA.

    The best would be a regulation loss. Schaller recalled, has to fly back from Iowa. They can't play a game with one less forward?

    Next season the fans should boo Weber every time he touches the puck so he's motivated to become an all star.

    I could tolerate Arizona getting McDavid if we get Eichel. What I can't take is if he goes to Toronto, Philly, or Carolina.
