  1. I do think RG3 is better than Tyrod and fits the offense they'll have built so ... Hmmmmm ... Edit: well, I think RG3 WAS better than Tyrod. I have no idea how his psyche is right now and where he's at physically. Mike Shanahan still needs to be banned from the NFL for that .
  2. Buff's hit should be a fine or just a "hey don't do that," and nothing more. Please suspend Mike Weber for 40 games.
  3. This is a common thought. He's from Boston.
  4. Nope. I didn't watch the game but, looking at the stats, it looks like he had a very strong game for a guy playing his first playoff game. Against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. He had a great season and led his team to the playoffs.
  5. I had joked for a while now that I didn't want David Bowie to be given any notable live performances for I feared he would finally take the opportunity to ascend to the stars with the whole world watching. I didn't want the legend to leave. I was correct, however, about one thing: he would soon ascend to the stars. And so he has and so it is. Away he goes. One of the few artists of his time I can listen to at any time and feel satisfied.
  6. Fun fun sports are fun lalala I'm slowly beginning not to care lalala.
  7. Follow Kim PegulaVerified account‏@KimPegula We have agreed to a contract extension with Doug Whaley!
  8. Elliotte Friedman @FriedgeHNIC Unusual: VAN sends out release indicating it is exploring trade options for Chris Higgins. Has local connections (his father went to St. Bonaventure). That said - he doesn't really fill any needs here. I don't see a fit. One year at $2.5M left.
  9. I listened to the Steelers game last night but don't remember what station.
  10. Kindl clears
  11. Girgensons' name popped into my head immediately...
  12. http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/headlines-what-do-the-lightning-want-for-drouin/ Some notes: - Tampa wants a young player under control for Drouin. Unlikely to take any salary back. Have talked about Rob Fabbri from St. Louis - Nashville has called on Drouin - Blues talked about Shattenkirk for Johansen - Yandle will be moved by the deadline, doesn't appear to want to stay in NY with the Rangers - All Star voting will change next season to prevent John Scotts - Lehner should be back in the NHL next weekend
  13. That looks awesome. I've been thinking about getting Hulu for a while so this might've sold me. If that ends with James Franco killing JFK it'll be the dumbest thing ever, though. Way too obvious.
  14. http://www.sabresprospects.com/2008/01/sabres-prospects-statistics.html?m=1 Link doesn't work on mobile for me (cuts off chart). Add two goals to Fasching on that.
  15. We'll know tomorrow
  16. Both short handed
  17. Scouts at tonight's Drouin game: Representatives tonight from NJ, Nashville, Florida, Toronto, Anaheim, Ottawa, Buffalo, Chicago

I think you can think what I think you thought I think too early.
  19. This is why rich people rule this world and lean conservative. People see their own situation as the final word on whether the world is in a good place or not. So when the people with the money are comfortable of course they're going to funnel money into people who will let them keep their money (and keep others away from taking it from them).
  20. Failing miserably? He's been the Texans coach for two seasons and went 9-7 both years. They were 2-14 the year before he got there and have zilch at the QB spot. Unless he on your hands while you were giving him a colonoscopy I don't think he's failed miserably.

I can think what I want when I went. *pushes glasses up with middle finger and crosses arms*
  22. I don't think so, no. He's been very good at every other step. The Texans finished with a winning record despite multiple changes at QB. I expect the team to go big on QBs. Will probably try to bring in somebody like RG3 or even Peyton Manning. Maybe Sam Bradford. Plus a draft pick.
  23. We should know tomorrow at noon.

After that one you should probably post more.
  25. Elliotte Friedman @FriedgeHNIC Kindl (DET) on waivers Hmmmmmm.... Lefty dman. 28 years old. One year left beyond this season at $2.4M... This is the first appealing waiver of the year for me.
