I only follow like two of the local reporters. Any relevant material they have will get retweeted onto my timeline and the rest is muffled garbage for the most part... I also laugh at Jeremy White. I made a bet with a friend just prior to the 2013-14 season that the Sabres would end up with one of McEichel. 13-14 was the Reinhart year. The bet was that he would buy me a McEichel jersey if they did and I would buy him any other player on the roster if they didn't... There's so many people who were on board with the tank and calling for it well before it became mainstream in MSM. For the record, he hasn't owned up to his side of the bet yet but he's well aware.

I've been saying all year I would take Matthews and run. I don't think it's a huge drop off after three. The drop off from 1 to 2 is bigger than the drop off from 3 to 4 in my opinion. If we're somewhere in the top six or seven then they can aim high dangling that pick and maybe Ennis or prospects. Agreed. It will also depend on where Anaheim finishes.
