  1. Enough with the "too small" comparisons... STOP THE FALSE NARRATIVE THIS TEAM IS SMALL!! Sabres are tied for 5th in the NHL in average height and 9th in average weight. They are one of the biggest teams in the NHL now. A few small skilled players won't hurt them.
  2. You should try TwoBillsdrive if you think this is bad. There is a mod that that holds vendettas against certain people. It's pretty shameful behavior for a mod honestly.
  3. Small advantage Sabres... Florida has the 5th worst record all-time for teams that are still in the NHL on February 27th at 3-7-0-4, good for a .357 points percentage. Sabres are marginally better at 7-11-3-0, good for a .405 points percentage(10th worst). The worst team? Seattle Kraken who are 0-1. The worst team with more than one game is the Arizona Coyotes 2-14-0-2, good for a dismal .167 points percentage. The best team? Minnesota Wild who are 8-2-0-0 good for an .800 points percentage all-time.
  4. How the hell do our players get injured in practice so much?
  5. The problem with their win streak? Everyone else in the Atlantic is winning too...except the Canadiens beneath them and the first place Bruins who are way out of reach.
  6. I agree with Robinson...he has had a LOT of good chances around the net and seemingly always shoots the puck right into the goalie.
  7. Well yes and no...on a goals allowed/game basis they are 4th since January 1st, but the difference is very very marginal. Jets are first allowing 2.10 goals per game, Sabres are 4th allowing 2.16 goals per game. The top 4 teams are all within .06 goals allowed/game of each other. So make no mistake, they have been VERY good during that time frame at decreasing scoring against. They are 7th over that time frame at shots allowed/game.
  8. Apparently they are from what I can find on reddit and a quick google search
  9. I love Sriracha and just like the Frank's Red Hot commercial says: "I put that s**t on everything!"
  10. Bill credit incoming! I'm on Wi-Fi like 90% of the time anyway
  11. just another inexcusable loss in a season of many.
  12. Kozak telling all his haters they can get the Bozack! 😂
  13. We are going to be getting some snow in WNY early next week...not huge amounts but likely 6-12", potentially more, still too early to say with certainty.
  14. Sure there are...things like GH, Testosterone at supraphysiological levels, a few other steroids and now even some of the stronger SARMs do. If you said do it within the guidelines of what is acceptable by the league then probably not.
  15. I don't mess with ranch on salads at all...Italian, Greek or Bleu Cheese for me...even just a plain olive oil and balsamic vinegar is good.
  16. I think you underestimate how much faster a person will heal when given around the clock cutting edge treatments with trained medical staff at their beck and call versus the average person who does likely not even 1/10th of the treatments and PT/rehab he will be doing and has no such staff of medical professionals on call 24/7.
  17. Hell no. Ranch is for dipping chips or veggies, not wings.
  18. Snow. But it's not without good reason. We hold the all-time US record for seasonal snowfall for any city of over 100K people at 199.2" and are the 2 time defending National Golden Snowglobe Champ, given to the location with the most seasonal snowfall in the US of more than 100K people(including Alaska). Currently in 2nd place this year but unlikely to catch Anchorage this year, who has a commanding 50+" lead over us. Finishing 1st, 1st, and 2nd in 3 consecutive years rightly earns us that reputation.
  19. What was that idiot doing driving at that speed in those conditions? Dude should be fired on the spot, he clearly poses a public safety risk to anyone he comes in contact with when he is out on the road.
  20. Probably not much. It was at 42 degrees just before the lake snow started, record warm temp for this time of year. Still at 37 degrees even after this week+ of cold air. Temps rebounding back into the 40s again next week. Wouldn't be surprised to see under 20% ice cover,
  21. Better you than us...we are sitting on about 11 inches or so for the year compared to 110 inches last year at this time.
  22. Cool...be patient for another 5 years while another 10 teams pass us including those that start a rebuild next year or the year after and slingshot right past us as we stay spinning our wheels.
