Sabres Fan in NS

I think it was @Taro T that explained that since Kyle has the limited NTC he has to be exposed in the Expansion Draft, but we can't trade him to Seattle, or something like that. I think he makes his list when he is told by the Sabres that they plan to trade him, but am not sure about that.

I understand that, but I am not sure what the basis for the tirade is and think it's a bit over the top.

I do believe that the expansion draft setup is similar to the Vegas setup, so anything could happen.

If that's the case then Seattle would not likely be his highest choice. He can kind of dictate where he would go. He has a limited NTC.

In other news ... Today is the Copa America final between Argentina and Brazil. If Messi can deliver it will be a first International title for him and for Argentina after 28 years. Somehow, I just don't think that Messi will deliver. Kickoff is at 9:00 PM Halifax time ... Woof!!

No. I think that calmer heads on both sides will prevail. I predict that neither Jack, nor Samson, are traded for many years to come. I won't say never, because I can only think of one career Sabre that had a very long career with the team.

Okay, but I have a gut feeling that he will not be. Same for Sam.

I think some of the no voters are like me, you and many others, who have no option in this poll to express that they believe that Jack will not be traded. Granted some think that the trade will happen later in the summer.

At this point it would probably not be worth moving Kyle. I like Kyle and he has a leadership role to play on this team.

I voted no. I suspect that I am one of the very few fans (maybe the only one) that thinks it is a big mistake to trade Jack. And Sam. I would trade Risto. So, my no vote is not exactly in answer to the question posed, but NO!!

No one has really talked about the next contract for Rasmus, or at least I have not seen it. What do you think the Sabres will do with him? I have a problem if they go all Samson on him. He is UFA in 4 years, I think.
