I recall many giving up on him, and only a select few were waiting it out. That being said he still needs to improve though. Larsson is 23 and should be hitting his prime as an NHL'r now, Grigs is only 20 still.

I wouldn't trade for RoR, i'd just gamble we can have a shot at him when he becomes an UFA. If grigorenko and larsson take another step next year, we might hear RJ yelling again, "these kids are good , scary good" . :)

I've just stopped watching games the last few months, mainly because I'm mostly working or out drinking. But i don't want to feel happy about watching a game they loose, i can't be happy seeing this team struggle. That being said, im absolutely pro - tank, its the only way out of this mess.

Meh its to late to hope for them to fall out of the playoffs, can only hope on a first round exit and the pick being early 20's. would be nice to grab kyllington or Koszecny with it, allthough i doubt they fall that low.

Drastically different no, but having a possible 100 point producer in your line up in two years does speed up things fast.

Personally i would have been dissapointed if we hadn't won from these teams, then our rebuild would really be in the craphole.

Oh well it is what it is, not like the penguins are going on to multiple cup runs with their two star centers. Yes they atleast got one, but i don't want one, i want a whole series of cups :D
