Work is awful tonight. And I actually like my job! Tonight just sucks. Half of the shift called in and I still have to make everything work. It only took 3 hours to get everything situated, and then we decided to can someone. "Hey ubkev, could you spot me another supervisor?" Yeah, I'll get right on that...... Again!

Yeah, you'd think if you are financially worthy enough for a new car and a mortgage, then you might be able to get a washer and dryer financed. Nope! Only about $750 worth. I even had to pay a deposit to the gas company. I've never missed a payment on anything in my life. That really had me pissed off because I had no idea to expect it. It's all pretty short term though. Should go back up within about 3 or 4 months.

Good! I was going to tell you not to blink. The sellers have no leverage to ask anything of you once they have accepted your offer. They don't want to start over, list the house again, hope someone offers as well as you did. Advice: if they want to sell you things from in the house rather than move them, buy it! Buy anything that you like and are thinking of buying on your own. Our sellers were excellent decorators, and they asked us if we wanted to buy their curtains at $20 per window. I still regret not doing that. Do you have any idea how expensive curtains are? It's madness! Also, your credit is going to take a hit after the closing and you may not be able to finance things as easily for a while.
