Very interesting article. I enjoyed it. Living that time in Sabres history was pretty crazy, it was before social media really took off and all the breaking news still came from newspapers and digging deep on the internet. I remember waking up early to tune into Howard Simon and Jeremy White on wgr to hear if they had any new info. The article states they rejected a offer from a Canadian businessman, but didn't list who. Are we to assume thats the Jim Balsillie deal? If it is, why not just say it?

Fubo is legal streaming if thats what you're referring to. lol When you leave the area, you don't get the local channels anymore. So, to get MSG WNY and local channels, you have to be in the area.

If you get direct tv then you can get msg wny but if you only go with direct tv now (streaming only) you won't get wny msg.

Fubo tv is the only one. All the others who say have MSG is only the NYC MSG, so Knicks and Rangers (who would be blacked out anyways). Fubo has the good MSG with Sabres and the instigators.

If the Sabres trade Risto and all they get from the Jets is Roslovic and a pick, Sabres twitter will burn down. Roslovic is seen in Winnipeg like Nylander was seen here by the fanbase. I never believed it all, but it's funny how when the summer began it was all Laine or Ehlers and if it gets done and it's just Roslovic, that will be a interesting day on Sabres social media to say the least,

Don't really have too much to offer on Martin but i'd say my favorite memory of his was few years after being drafted by the Sabres, during a Flames game on CBC, the camera showed a fan in all Flames gear going absolute nuts, and i don't even think it was after a goal, just a random before a puck drop moment, and that ended up being Brycen Martin. I remember people were upset at him on the twitter machine.

Woody, this is pretty incredible. Sorry for commenting so late, usually i take a "vacation" from sports (radio, forums, twitter) in the summer time so i don't come on here very often. For some reason i clicked on the forum tonight to see what everyone is up to, and saw this thread.
