Is Buffalo a hockey town? If yes, people will come out for the USHL. Also keep in mind it's affordable entertainment for families staying at HarborCenter for youth tournaments.

It's all about bringing people to the foot of Washington St. Empty Harbor Center/FNC dates are dollars lost. Give the families of kids in for tournaments something to watch since Sabres tickets will be next to impossible to get. :D

Just a quick side note on my local AHL Manchester Monarchs. Once again a 1st round exit from the playoffs. In 13 years of existence they missed the playoffs once, fell one series short of the finals twice and laid an egg in the first round 10 times! Last seed, first seed, doesn't matter. They are always one-and-done.
