yeah, in the EPL teams literally get entirely new kits every year. Home, Away, and Third. It lets them go crazy with the thirds, too colorwise. I don't know if I want stuff to change THAT much, but it seems dumb that they restrict it as much as they do.

Give me that level of detail in the crest next year too. Looks so cool. Might not play well in white, though, I suppose.

Hayburner almost straddles the two to me. Easier to drink than your old school west-coast guys, but not quite as overly juicy as the NE style. If you put a sliding scale from Washington to Vermont, where Washington is West-Coast IPAs and Vermont is the NE IPAs, I feel like Hayburner falls right about at Buffalo. Every time someone comes up with a new description for the flavor of hoppy IPAs I have two thoughts. 1) Thats accurate 2) God I could go for one right now.

Chelsea down 4-5 starters was always going to have a rough go. They probably should have been up 2-1 after the first half but thats how it goes some times. Young guys looked pretty good. That said, if Pulisic can't pull a start with Willian, CHO, and Kante out of the line up you have to be worried about his chances getting any time this year. He looked good when he went in, but we'll see how much we see him.

I was up in the Old Forge area of the Adirondacks last week. A brewery called Fulton Chain Craft Brewery opened there a couple years ago, and their beer has gotten stronger (like better, not more alcoholic) each year. They had a double IPA on tap this time that was super good. A throw back to the west coast IPAs of a few years ago with that real bitter hop kick without being a palate wrecker. I've been missing that a bit recently. I do love the juicy/hazy NE style IPAs and was very happy when they started coming out, but I could use a bit more hop burn in my life.

I was at a beer festival a couple years ago at Riverworks in the VIP section (I usually spend extra for VIP mostly because they include food and a place to sit down) and they were pouring tastes (read: shots) of some Pappy for no extra cost. It was like a 40-60 dollar ticket for the VIP section. The people pouring had no idea how valuable the bottles were, and seemingly noone else did either. My one friend pretty much spent the whole time going from that tasting spot to the food and back. I'm not a big whiskey guy, but goddamn that was good.

Busted my knees up a month ago, so no hiking for me in the ADK on our annual trip. Maybe I'll try to get some fishing in instead. Never had a ton of luck in the main lake we're on, but theres supposed to be some decent spots not terribly far away.

Right. Even if you want to be shot of a 2m contract in a couple years you can trade it away easy enough. But you're talking like 2.5% of your cap. An extra 250k one way or the other isn't going to make a huge difference.

Its going to be real tough to have an opinion on these things until I see them on TV. That shiny gold is tough to interpret in a flat image.
