Sabres really miss Mule... his break out passes and clearing the puck in front of the net. Dahlin was the only physical one out there... Power needs to gain 30lbs and Sabres passing in general sucks. Second best D was Bryson and that is not good enough. Lubeskin (lol) must still be hurting because he is playing like a shadow of his first couple games.

No just a day or two or three max depending on swelling... occult, green stick... a ct can be done right away which if 64 slice or above will show any fractures and most tears.

You are missing the point... you cant do a diagnostic MRI until the swelling goes down.

Actually inflammation is the issue. MRIs are based on the polarization of Hydrogen. Guess what is in inflammation (H2O). Lots of H making a clear MRI difficult until swelling goes down.

Yeh agreed there are other versions and too suck... but only a rad that specializes in ortho... The ER rads are suspect too.

Correction orthopedist reading the xray and mri, dont trust half the radiologist ive worked with... Yeh but much better than a tear...

Glad too see the win, hope Mules injury is short term just a bad scare... Sabres can ill afford to lose his toughness on D and leadership. Agreed Sabres are a growing team... nice to see a good start to the season but consistency is important... give things for DM to work on.

As long as he keep high shots out or other teams figure out that high shots are his weakness... He hasnt shown it as a problem but it is the only thing I could think teams might try and target.
