Thanks for all the info... my now 10 year old will qualify at some point, we need a lawyer to help us and I have a name... been dragging my feet thinking I should wait until he is 18, but starting to save for him and my Dad is putting a small Trust together for him. He has a rare neurological disorder and will need help the rest of his life. This thread gives me some things to start working on now... Thanks.

Putin has shown a desire to return to that ambition in Syria, with Iran and In the Ukraine. A powerful unrestrained Putin is just scary... Russia is still disappointed by its territorial control losses post cold war and would love a weakened america to take back control of many of those areas including the Balkins. Think very hard what a strong Putin really is and being buddy buddy would be seen as weakness. Just scary imo.

Legislation in the form of incentives can help especially on college campuses and with corporate hirung. I've always believed encouragement with a big fat baton behind as a last resort is the best way to make things happen. Most of this can be accomplished financially, not criminally... That being said, the Bully pulpit can really help, but not holding my breath with this Pres. Diversity actually can benefit a company and Prevent stagnation. I am not sure it as prescient as you say. WI has always been close... Gore won it by 4,000 votes. HRC underperformed badly there. One obvious area was the Reservations, specifically the Menominee Reservation. I organized that Reservation, which is the size of a WI county and from what I remember carriers both distinctions, Reservation and County. Gore received around 12,000 votes.... HRC 4500... She lost the coalition that Dems need to win those states because she ignored men in her message, especially on economic policy. Her economic ideas would have targeted all folks... but her talking points ignored men. African American males, native American males and White males... She may not have won all of the those demographics, but she ignored them and they underperformed her predecessors to her detriment. Like football, to be successful, you first have to win the games you are supposed too. Bottom line, she didn't prepare for those battles and paid the price imo.

McConnell is an as shat always has been, he would be no matter which party he was in and Pelosi is not much better. Both are part of the problem. She has said many obnoxious things in her tenure.
