In other news, the sun rose this morning. I’m glad he got in because as stupid as it sounds, this was part of the reason why people didn’t want to vote for him.

Thanks to that 0-3 start, make that 105. But yeah, that’s the goal I would set. They won’t hit it each 3 game block, but I like it as a short term target, don’t get too focused on the past and keep rolling forward. Quick summary: winning cures all

But look at the stats that year, a 3+ GAA and a sub-900 save percentage. He wasn’t good, but road the coattails of MacKinnon and the highest scoring offense in the league. Last year was a train wreck beyond belief.

I thought shoulder last night, but after watching that again, he's not favoring that at all as he leaves. It has to be something forearm/wrist.

How long is the season? He can be out of there right before the summer heat really kicks in.

The team doesn’t need to move on. The people complaining about the contract have to.

The rehab stint maxes out at 14 days. If Lyon keeps up his pace, Ellis may very well only get 1 more start over that time. I don’t know if the picture will be any more clear at that point. I’m seeing a 3 headed monster in our future… at least for a couple weeks while the dust settles.

Why are we even the least bit concerned about the Georgiev contract? They’re at 48 total contracts so that’s not getting in the way of anything. If they really need to make space later, that will be an easy fix. He’s not going to be taking significant time away from anyone with the amerks. They bought a $2 dollar powerball ticket and lost. It’s time to move on.
