Lyon is from Minnesota. Ellis is from Nova Scotia and played in the Q.

Lyon is getting the Detroit game. They always love those matchups against your own team. Ellis and Montreal might make sense as he’s probably has significant ties to the area.

It takes a special breed of stupid to have that “I want to go after the 18 year old” mentality.

Hopefully that’s the case because on top of that, they still have reinforcements incoming.

There was one little play late in the game that I thought said a lot. I’m forgetting the names at this point. One of the Florida forwards pushed our defenseman at the whistle. A second or two later, that panther had 4 Sabres standing directly in front of him. There was no contact beyond that point, it was just a simple “yeah, this scrum is over”.

Nope, nothing to see here. He definitely didn’t leave his skates on that one. That looked like a Randy Savage elbow drop.

There’s only one way to find out.

But what are they not supposed to get pulled into: Dahlin getting the better of him and making him look like a child throwing a tantrum? I’ll get pulled into that all day.
