Who was it that I told to drop their laptop into a bucket of water?

For pretty much the entire month, my boss and I have been trying to dig out of a major mistake that someone else made. Basically, this person decided to make a ton of changes to the way data was collected for a project without running them by anyone. His/her changes have made a good portion of the data unusable. We're forced to try to recover it even though the only real solution is to undo all of those changes. Now we just have to convince the unconvincable (apparently that's not a word, but screw you, browser spell check).

Go to the Aud Club page and look to the right. See where it says the number of replies in a thread? Click on that.

You have 252 posts total and 195 of them (~80%) are in this thread. Are you sure that you're making points anywhere about the Sabres?

Random question that just came to mind: If a player signs with his NHL team but is then returned to major junior, would he be eligible for the Olympics? For the sake of example, let's plug in Nolan Patrick's name, someone who clearly would be on team Canada's radar if he was an option.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch
shrader replied to Sabres Fan in NS's topic in The Aud Club
I thought the ending of the Ireland season was pretty good. Since I'm binge watching the show, a season like that one doesn't drag on for too long, so I don't wind up having an issue with too much. The only thing that I find a bit strange with the whole show (just finished season 4) is that at the beginning, they talk about how rare a murder in Charming is. Fastforward one season and they start killing people left and right. I realize that this has to be done to make a tv show, but it's a little too much craziness that hits all at once. -
A couple years back I was on a subway train in Boston with my wife and her mother. These college girls across from us were talking and one randomly said "that's retarded". My MiL immediately says to her "that's offensive, I had a cousin who was retarded". It took all the effort in the world to not break out into laughter, one because who the hell calls out strangers like that, and two because it was the perfect example of how these things that people find offensive change over the years.

Red's face is so blurry. Must by a birth defect or something.

I'm sick and tired of these mother loving snakes on this monday to friday plane!

Have you ever seen the alignment of Robb Stauber's eyes?

Don't they already have the naming rights to Ottawa's arena? That should make things nice and confusing.

Of course. That's something you need to remember when it comes to the Hobey. Typically you're talking about an upperclassman who is closer to his ceiling already than the typical prospect. And we're not talking about 22 year olds either. You'll see 23 and 24 year olds landing the award at times too.

I'm not going to name any names, but I have to say that a certain poster here is doing a wonderful job of trolling a troll.

There really aren't many trends among the winners. These are the only ones that somewhat stick out to me: 1. Non-seniors who have won it look to have had decent NHL careers. There are definitely a few duds among this list 2. Defensemen who have won it also have had decent NHL careers. It's a very short list though. The last defensman to win it, Matt Gilroy, never really amounted to anything. But then again, he won it at 24 years old (and wasn't even the best player on his team), so he was already at/near his ceiling. 3. Win it as a freshman and you're gold. :worthy: Players who have won it as a senior? It's a total crapshoot.

I'll listen to anything if it means I never have to hear the word "seen" misused by Ray ever again.

You dumb liger. Don't go stealing my idea.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch

I've been flying through episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm on amazon lately. I've never had HBO, so I've missed the entire run of the series. I've probably gone through about 6 seasons in just a couple weeks. It's pretty good, pretty pretty, pretty good. -
I've been testing it out randomly. I'm hoping to make it a thing. I'll sub it in for any obscenity, kind of like watching an episode of the smurfs (you know, minus the obscenity thing).

Are a lot of Bills fans approaching their 70th birthday? When my aunt turned 70, I bought her one of those Wood name/number t-shirts as a joke. That's a huge PR boost he can bring to the table. :P

Will he be included in the actual live action calls of the games or is it a studio role? Ray needs to be in a more minimized role. He's better suited for being the third guy like he originally was when he joined up with them. That's not to say that he's a fit for that role either, but he's better off there than doing color.

I recently bought an amazon echo and finally signed up for prime. I've been using that to listen to a ton of music while I'm around the house, using just the basic music package that is included with prime. I figured that service would have just about everything you need in their library. It took a little while, but I finally found a massive gap in their library... no zeppelin

I was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic this morning and the liger directly behind me had his high beams on. That went on for 20 minutes until he finally figured it out. The worst part was that he matched three different turns I made, so each time when I thought I was finally rid of him, boom, there he is again. There needs to be a way to signal ligers behind you to turn off their highs other than just the classic middle finger.

I can't think of any high profile cases where someone refused to sign and wound up back in the draft. It happens plenty of times with guys the teams aren't interested in signing though. But anyway, if what you're saying was jsb's point, that's exactly what I said above. Both players wind up as free agents after 4 years, but the CHL guy re-enters the draft after 2. So he actually winds up with slightly more say in the matter than the college guy.

Paging inkman. Inkman, please report immediately to the "Around the NHL" thread for a gag line joke.

Sorry, but I'm not clear on what you're saying here.
