    Probably gone for good. The name is grayed out here. But anyway, should I actually bother and watch this game this week? It's on locally (obviously), so it's one of my very few chances this year. I'm still holding out hope that I can go the entire season without watching any NFL games this year. It's tough to walk away completely though since I still pay attention to who is winning.

    Did they ever wind up sorting out the whole "playing in Brooklyn in an arena not designed for hockey" thing? That right there seems like enough to scare away a bunch of these players.

    I think this is the year where Sammy finally stays healthy. Not having his option year picked up is going to be a huge blessing in disguise for him.

    Why is this child even here anymore? If I wanted to read the same exact thing over and over and over, I'd at least find something entertaining like an angry 11 rant.

    I had to look him up to see how old he is now. I'm kind of surprised that he's still playing. Check out the name of the team he played for in Germany back in 2011-12.

    Are there any hints of damage to those bridges in the keys? It would be so easy to cut off that whole area so quickly with just one little crack somewhere.

    I'm going off of memory here, but basically the trailer was: -random action shots -annoying friend -Stark flying around -boat scene and then Stark takes the suit back It covers a decent amount, but it really doesn't give you much of any feeling for Michael Keaton at all short of showing him in costume. It was very heavy on Tony Stark. So I guess on that note, the trailer showed just about every single second he was in the movie.

    But people complain about a trailer giving away too much before they've actually seen the movie. You can't know that for sure until you actually see it. If someone's good enough at building a trailer, they can completely trick you. I feel like Spiderman did that.

    Currently in the middle of a 10 game losing streak but still have the best record in baseball. I can't imagine that's too common either.

    Completely unrelated to It, but... I'm getting fed up with people always complaining that trailers give away too much of the movie. The most recent one that comes to mind is Spiderman. There was so much bitching after the trailer, but how can you know if they've actually given away too much without seeing the actual movie? That movie definitely delivered a lot that was very different from the "whole plot" that the internet whiners thought was given away in the trailer.

    I heard the stat this morning that the Browns have lost 13 straight season openers. That's absolutely crazy.

    If it was possible to stand, the first thing I'd want to do if I was one of those reporters in the hurricane would be to grab a baseball and throw the fastest pitch of my life. I was watching a bit of the weather channel coverage with my brother who is up from Florida and I think the craziest thing of all was right when the eye wall reached their guy in Naples. He's out there doing his thing and then a pickup truck goes zooming by in the other direction. What on earth was that person doing?

    So that KC can go 1-15, finishing one game ahead of the Jets, screwing us out of the 1st overall pick?

    If I were Brady, I would return, stand motionless in the backfield and let the opposing team take shots at my knees and head. I'd be doing it for the good of mankind.
