If the players already have a contract in place with the CHL team, that is the reason why an agreement even exists between the two leagues. It’s the same reason there are transfer agreements with the European leagues. There needs to be some set standard on how they are able to essentially break the already existing deal that the player has.

There’s no room for him at this point. He’s not going to sign anywhere just to be thrown in the ECHL. At this stage, Rochester needs someone with more experience.

They’re not rumors if you just throw the names out there yourself

Vaseline? That guy needs to be paired up with Pekar

You speak out often about the mega threads. Politics is a pretty broad label. That’s a lot of topics to be confined to a single thread. I’d lean more towards a sub forum if possible, that way you can have multiple threads, but those who want to avoid it don’t have to see every single one of them on the front page. Maybe the software doesn’t allow for that, but it’s the way I would do it if I would stupidly put in charge.

Carter Hutton signs with Sabres — $2.75MM x 3 years

I’m pretty sure his new contract is an AHL only deal. -
He can’t be very good though if he can only go for about 30 seconds each time.
-
So Tavares shot you down and it’s time to move on to someone else?
-
Because of Fox?

It’s funny when you see that people clearly didn’t read the thread. Anyway, so with those clubs, is it essentially the person who starts the group that winds up as the so called moderator? If it’s closed, someone has to have the power to let someone in.

Whatever it is, it should definitely not be pinned. Those are the first thing you see when you get here. Not a good approach when many want to avoid it.

I haven’t seen that function before. I’m about as basic with these boards as possible. Do they use it much over there?
-
I’d go with the PPP model. Keep it isolated to where you knowingly have to navigate over to it.

Why on earth would you use his first name to make a nickname?

It's little kid hockey. I'm amazed there isn't a hit every 3 seconds in such confined spaces.
-
I would gladly take excessive turn signal use if it got rid of the people who never use them.

Interesting, I've never seen it setup that way. I bet people still find a way to screw it up. Stupidity always wins out in the end.

TRADE: Matt Hunwick and Conor Sheary to Buffalo per Friedman
shrader replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
The way they report these has gotten very sloppy. It should just be labeled as "a conditional 2019 draft pick". Under one set of conditions it is a 3rd, under the other it is a 4th. I'm not sure exactly when it changed, but they never used to include the round the way they do now by saying "conditional 3rd round draft pick". This again is a product of the twitter world we live in. They are trying to give as much information as they can while dealing with a character limit. They used to say conditional pick and then follow that up by explaining the conditions. -
This should be good

At least I'll get to watch the s-show that's unfolding out here in Carolina as we speak. I hope this guy never stops tripping over his own feet.

Those damn slanted parking lots are everywhere around here. I don't know if it actually saves space or not, but it just winds up leading to a huge cluster F where people are doing stupid stuff and you constantly have to be worried about some fool hitting you head on because they're driving the wrong way. Also, when you have to back out of those spots, you can be can't see clearly past the car next to you and you're also at risk if someone comes flying through.
-
He'll always be associated with that horrible contract. He had a best two good seasons his entire career. They really need to get Wang back in charge of that team. We all could use the laughs.
-
People who back into slanted parking spots. These things are designed for one-way traffic and the be pulled into headfirst. In order to back in and then pull out of that spot, you have to either make a big turn over 90 degrees or you need to drive the wrong way. There is no natural way to do it. We have a guy at our garage here at work who take it to a whole new level. He just ignores the lines completely and just backs into the spot at a 90 degree angle. So this d-bag is taking up two spots every day. He's an employee too, so I wish they'd rescind his parking pass. It's always amazing how when you do encounter one car parked over the line in any parking lot, every single car after follows suit and parks over the next line. I can't do it. You just know that the first car is going to leave and then you'll look like the moron who doesn't know how to park. Either that or eventually someone manages to get things back in order by squeezing in between the lines, super close to your car. That of course lead to them beating the crap out of your door as they open theirs.

Taxes change all the time. They could never account for this.
