The entire hockey department needs to go including scouts, way too many soft players. And most of us could make picks in the first round. I’m talking GM, scouts, advisors, coaches, assistant coaches, strength and conditioning coaches. Plus if I’m McKenna and if Buffalo lands the #1 pick I would force a Lindros type trade. They have become a laughing stock

Haven't won in regulation in almost three weeks. Lost 7/8 Next three look like sure losses which would be 10/11. Another season where the hopes of finally making the playoffs are basically dead before the Thanksgiving turkey goes in the oven. Huzzah.

Totally get how with the world shutting down they didn't want to give Reinhart and Ullmark multiyear extensions, but if they risk LT deals there, they still have both of them plus Eichel and very possibly Montour too.

How much better could things be NOW if they'd've just had some patience when they had one of the best 2 way F's in the league and some extremely talented youngsters?  They never even let O'Reilly play 1 single game wth Dahlin.

I honestly don’t even know where they go from here. The organization is in worse shape than an expansion team. Very little talent and not much in the minors either. Need 2-3 top 6 forwards and an elite center plus a franchise goalie.

Pegula has literally ruined this organization and I’m not sold on the Bills either. Beane is ruining Allen’s prime years. Still no number 1 receiver and this constant picking up of over the hill pass rushers is a joke.
