I respectfully disagree. While high end level talent is lacking, if this team had a coach like Hitchcock they would be better defensively and much more competitive. All we hear from Nolan is...we have to play harder..This team is so disorganized it's embarrassing. The worst teams in the league do not give up 45+ shots a game.....Nolan's previous Sabre teams were the same. Lots of shots against and poor play in defensive zone.

I think if a team scores a SHG the penalty should be over. You give up a SHG you lose your powerplay...

No, he can rip them in the dressing room but not to the press. If my coach pulls me aside and says I suck and played horribly that's fine...if he goes to the reporters and says Nucci blows...I may have a problem with him.

I say rebuilding and just don't think Nolan is the right coach. These young kids need instruction...not just told to work hard....watch this team in their own end...they have no clue what to do...no breakout plays.....just skating around. That's why they give up 45 shots a game. Just like last time Nolan was here. There are a number of football announcers that are horrible. I can discuss them here if you'd like.
