He's only 23, he'll be fine. He's in a bit a of rut at the moment, seems to be thinking too much out there trying too hard by overthinking instead of playing instinctually. He has all the tools and he's been getting scoring chances. He works hard, I'm not concerned.

JJP was a clean hit IMO, maybe a little late but it wasn't an egregious attempt to injure. You answer a clean hit by delivering a clean hit. These fake fights after a clean hit nonsense needs to stop.

I like this from Dahlin, delivered a clean hippy... as captain this sends a message. Wouldn't be surprised if Ruff "encouraged" Dahlin to light up Krebs after their altercation earlier.

From a players perspective, playoffs are always the mandate. Anything less is a failure.

It will take a young group longer to adjust to a new system than it would a veteran squad. Do you agree?

That's hockey.... stretches of poor puck luck happens throughout the course of the season. One of these next couple games the floodgates will open.

Youngest team in the league and it's not even close.... the 2nd youngest team (Utah) is effectively an entire 1 year older than Buffalo. They're also the 2nd tallest and 10th heaviest team.

..and yet they only won 2 games last October I disagree. They're just young.

Will Lindy allow players to have their own goal songs?
pi2000 replied to PASabreFan's topic in The Aud Club
The song is cursed. The first time it was played the goal got called back. Change it immediately. -
the oilers won 2 games in october last year

it's 3 games 😂 chin up buttercup

if they play like they did tonight for the next 22 games, they'll be in a good spot huge improvement from Prague I, for one, am encouraged

pump the brakes it's 3 games in with a new head coach, enough of this "instant gratification" mentality... you're like little kids in the back seat "are we there yet? are ae there yet?" 30min into a 2hr drive it's gonna take 20-25 games before we start to even scratch the surface of what this team is gonna look like under Lindy "how to fix it?" they outplayed the Kings and deserved a better result but that's hockey... man the ***** up and move on to the next game

Wasn't expecting much vs NJ considering they had 10 days off and only played at best AHL caliber talent up to that point. No more excuses. Need a better effort up and down the lineup. I'm OK with mistakes, but no excuse for lack of effort. Lindy was brought in to hold these guys accountable. Need to see something Thur in front of the home crowd.

The most important thing for Levi is playing time He's better off as 1AAA in Rochester than 1b or 2 in Buffalo at this point in his career.

Shoulda sent Levi down, smh.

The Sabes look slow because they're thinking too much, hesitant... you can see it they're not sure of the decisions they're making. The intent to play how Lindy wants them to play is there, but they're second guessing themselves. Can't play hockey that way, it's instinctual. Ill give them a month or so to show improvement... but it's gonna be tough to watch for a bit here.
