Doubt we'll trade any of them. I believe Adams is like Darcy. In love with his own players. Showered many with large contracts they haven't earned.

He and Power have been terrible. This is why you don't rush to overpay some players based on " potential " .

OMG.. I just got home from a good moment. One of my daughters graduated from nursing school. I turn on the TV to see what's happening and. . new coach please..

Those TEAMS as a whole were far better than these Bills teams. Not even close in overall talent level. Plus the AFC was weak overall, back in those 4 SB years. I can remember beating Denver 10-7 in the AFC title game on a Carlton Bailey INT return for the only TD. Not every playoff win was 51-3, a week after Bo Jackson was permanently done. Kelly is the most successful QB. Kemp played well here the first 3-4 years here before the team aged and sank to the bottom. Allen is the most talented by a mile and needs a better roster around him.

I wish contracts weren't guaranteed and we could yank a few of these bloated deals away from many who are out there floating more often than not. But you can't. Stuck with them. They need new leadership. A coach that will ride them hard. Win one and lose two is negative math.

Until McD gets the Bills to the SB, he's Marty Schottenheimer. Gets teams out of the basement and qualifies them for the playoffs. Marty had 200 wins and a .613 win % in the regular season. Then 5-13 in the playoffs. Played not to lose. Scared. Maybe Brady as the OC was the gift he needed. We'll see. It took a while for Reid to get Philly to the SB. He was still fired later but got a good QB in Mahomes after a year in KC. McD has a good QB in Allen. And yet the Bills still lose games to the Jets, Pats, Broncos, Jags.. D folds late in others. Hopefully yesterday may have been a turning point but future games will answer that.

Still, the Bills have to win out and need a lot of help to achieve the playoffs. Their own fault. Just focus on defeating a depleted Chargers team and don't have a hangover letdown.

All those premature long term contracts Adams handed out turned a lot of players into soft guys that float if things don't go their way. I questioned the contracts of Power and Samuelson and was hastily corrected by many. So now the only way to change that is new leadership. We are stuck with many of these guys who need a massive kick in the backside with hard coaching.

After the Vegas game last night, I'm guessing keeping him here looks good. He does something most of our roster fails to do. Help produce chances and goals.

One of my daughters just finished her final exam today and got a 96. She is graduating from Nursing school. Nursing Pin ceremony is this Monday and the actual graduation is Tuesday.

Going to a Chistmas show with the family. Coming home after and straight to bed. I wish to end the night on a happy note.
