Lindy said Quinn was scratched yesterday because he missed a team meeting. On the road, how does that even happen? He forgot? He didn’t know? He is Disconnected? No friends looking out for him? Drunk? Sleeping? Sick? Doesn’t care? Hurt? I don’t get it, but it looks like they are frustrated and quitting, like last year.

😂 I’m heading to the gym for a pregame workout. Then cooking some steaks later this afternoon. I’m also doing a dry week. No beer, no wine, no alcohol. Why? Just to do it.

I prefer a walkout on the last game of the season. After the anthems. Everyone just quietly walk out. Can you imagine the power in that. Just leave and let them play in front of nobody.

The defense really sucks and two of the fancy alleged stars, Power and Byram, are a big reason why. UPL is not nearly as good as last year. A lot of it is the hopelessly poor play in front of him. So glad that Levi has been spared of playing behind this team. Worse thing about all of this is that Lindy and his staff have them playing worse defense than Granato did.

We all saw that Cozens poor play this season was a big part of the problem. No doubt at one time this kid had high hopes of being a fixture on the Buffalo Sabres, and to be part of the turnaround and part of a winning program. I would love to interview him and get his true thoughts on what is going wrong. Peterka is not happy, he wants out. Dahlin not happy, but says he never said he wants out (not yet). The last interview I saw with Thompson, he clearly showed he is not happy. The wheels are falling off. The house of cards is collapsing. Lindy and his staff are being ignored. You see it in the mistakes this team routinely makes.

I just can’t get excited about the meaningless games anymore. This team is dead to me. It finally happened. I finally can say I don’t care anymore.

ESPN+ hangs up and freezes on my television after running for about 2 hours. The only fix is to unplug the TV and let everything discharge for at least 5 seconds. Then restart the tv and the app. My Sony Bravia is only a few years old and I have loaded the latest SW, it’s the only app that gives me problems. It’s garbage. Helenius too. But they aren’t ready.
