  1. First thing I thought was if Hammond plays LW/C at the local pond hockey games to stay in tune lol
  2. Has anybody heard Duane's take on Bogo being waived, or Gilmour and Hammond being called up? What about his take on pre and post game meals, is he partial to Chicken a la king or Chicken devine? WGR should have him on speed dial, and make Bulldog the person to interview, every time...………..
  3. These moves don't seem injury related, or are we missing something, maybe what Brawndo pointed out, filler for M days? Seems rather odd to call up a D for an M day replacement for Frolik………..something has to be going on I'm guessing, but, I guess we'll see as the day moves along.
  4. Not sure on what is happening, but, Eleven, whatever your hearing with regards to Tampa being involved, and Tom's post here, there is a tweet out there about Tampa's assistant director of player personnel being at the last game along with the head of pro scouting for Tampa and another scout. There were 3 of them there according to what is being posted elsewhere. Have no idea who they were even scouting, just trying to connect some dots, but if your source is even slightly in the know, it looks like 2+2 is at least equaling a single digit, so it looks to be inside the ball park. And thank you for sharing.
  5. This. Either way, something is going to happen today. Do I dare say it, can we categorize this as "Botterill did a thing"? ?
  6. With the break until Sunday, I suspect something happens tomorrow.
  7. Something else has to be happening, I don't see any playoff bound team picking him up without the Sabres retaining some of that salary imho.
  8. Apparently Tampa's assistant director of player personnel and a head scout were among the Scouts at last night's game. Have no idea if they were looking at Buffalo or Columbus.
  9. And I would have gotten away with it to if it weren't for those meddling kids..... ? I mean really, Eichel's line should show up to games in the Mystery Machine ?
  10. Nice play by Eichel, he knew exactly what he was doing. Eichel and Olofsson play really well together.
  11. dam, I forget the mid season collapse discount prices ?
  12. Lightning player, my bad, but still...…...wow.
  13. wow, just watched a video of Kassian kicking a Lightning player in the chest with his skate blade. And it was intentional. That should be career ending imho, using your skate blade as a weapon can be deadly, criminal charges should be brought imo.
  14. The puck possession, positioning and passing by Columbus is far superior in every aspect of the game. Buffalo is not winning this game.
  15. Hey, what can I say...your right. ?
  16. What? LOL I mean this literally, and I mean literally, "the fans are the very reason these professional players jobs exist, end of conversation." The players can feel however they'd like, but...……………...I wonder how ole' Eichel would feel playing hockey on a pond back in old Boston without 10 million dollars a year for 8 years as his annual salary? My guess is, probably not good, not good at all. So $%^&'em if they don't like the booing, people that are actually saving a couple of months to go to one game have every right to Boo...………….So boo away I say, they deserve every bit of it.
  17. That myth has been proven false just recently.
  18. Ok...…. THIS G$%DAMN PIECE OF ^&*( TEAM!!!!!! TRY HARDER YOU PILES OF STEAMING #$% STAINS!!!!! Better?
  19. They didn't get the memo
  20. Where did this new Sabres team come from? I like
  21. New info from friend in Japan. Of the 3,000 + quarantined on the Diamond Princess Cruise Ship at Yokohama Naval Base our family friend says the numbers of confirmed and suspected cases are not accurate. He said it's a fluid situation and behind closed doors there are concerns the virus may or already could have cut loose in the local area where the ship is at. They are quietly investigating.
  22. He doesn't address the Defensive assets available at all. I suspect a couple of D men are gone at the deadline, along with a couple of forwards. And at this point and time, I'm not really interested in collecting draft picks for the future, but, there may be a couple coming back.
  23. Good catch and thanks.
  24. Carolina 1st and one of Wallmark (C, 24 yrs old, RFA), Haula (C, 24 yrs old, UFA) or Gauthier (RW, 22 yrs old, 1yr left @ $863,333 ELC). For Montour Risto will cost more imo.
