I started the a thread at the suggestion of others. I'm a nobody, just a person living his life, but, I do know a couple of people, through work and family, and they are in the know. Coronavirus is bad folks, really bad, and I suggest you pay heed to the information I've posted. I wouldn't of said anything at all if the sources were half assed, these individuals are not, and they are on the front line. Just an FYI. -
I am reposting what I have learned tonight about the Coronavirus. I have a friend stuck in China, unable to leave due to quarantine, his wife sent me the video and I spoke to her this evening. Alarmed with this conversation, I called a close family friend in a nation close to China. I have a family friend, my older brothers best friend, who hails from WNY, a retired Navy Officer who is currently the head of all Naval Logistics, US Naval Bases Japan, who I spoke with this evening. Here is what I know. FYI, a colleague of mine currently working in Chendu, China, I spoke with his wife this evening, she was on a call with him, he said 1000's dead and the call went dead. A friend of mine, a very high up retired Navy, currently head of all logistics for Yokosuka Naval Base, has told me this evening planes at an air base in japan are quarantined and a cruise ship as well. Coronavirus is not a joke folks. I have no idea where this virus came from, but, just from what I'm being told by those around me, it appears to be a nasty little sucker. In my humbled opinion, The nation needs to be addressed. video-1580861463.mp4

It's games like this one where I pine for Lindy Ruff again. If for no other reason than to hear him say "Go Run'em". -

Fire the entire Front Office and Coaching Staff for allowing it to go this far. Unreal that we Sabres fans have to bare witness to this. -

GDT: Blue Jackets @ XXX - Saturday, February 1st @ 1PM

So someone other than Eichel or Reinhart scored. That's good. Now, we just need to line up 5 abreast at the blue line and keep the puck out of our zone and we should win. Whatever they do, please for the love of the hockey gods, DO NOT try to score another goal, that would cost us the game I fear. -

Now that the playoffs are all but gone what are the players playing for now? More of the same? "We're playing for each other"? or maybe "we play for our pride"? Or is it some more of this gem, "we have to gain steam going in to the off season for next season"? And if none of those rear their ugly heads, which I'm sure some will, they can always do their favorite fall back line, "we need to finish up strong, because, you know, we have no freaking idea why"...……….. go sabres, I guess...……... -
And yet no word, not one, with all of the fan voices growing increasingly louder and louder, from the organization. While I realize they are well aware of the situation, their silence is very telling imo. They don't have the answer's in my estimation. One thing is obviously clear, a bobble head give away isn't going to sooth the animus of Sabres nation faithful this time. They are going to have to address the situation before Key Bank Center really does have masses of pitchfork and torches carrying fans storming the gates.

Are we on the precipice of something here?

"It's a situation where this sucks, enough's enough" That right there, Gold Jerry, pure Gold...………….. -

Thoughts on who that GM should be dudacek?
-
It should have already have happened, that is the ONLY correct answer.

21-22 at the earliest, with the "right" roster subtraction and additions COMBINED with the proper adherence to "not accepting poor culture standards". And when I say culture standards, I mean accepting under performing and under achieving.

Welcome to the *****-show Dea. Please check your "love for the game" with the valet before entering the arena, they will return it to you upon your exit. Have a nice stay......

I'm done with believing the Pegula's will do the right thing here. There is just to much evidence to the contrary. I can't see Jack sticking around after 5 years of his career are circling the toilet bowl. Let's be honest for a moment, he's a competitor, he's not competing here, and quite honestly, do you believe Botterill can reshape this roster in 1 off season to turn it in to a true cup contender? Not a roster building towards such mind you, but a true cup contender? I don't believe for a single second he is capable. Next season will be much like this season with maybe, and I stress maybe, a few more points. Botterill has proven nothing. The team itself, the roster, is completely without identity. They are pussies on the ice, they run like cowards from the physical game, they don't back one another, they have near 0 chemistry, they can't hit the broad side of a barn when shooting, and they have not a clue what winning a puck battle means. It is what it is, and that would be the Product of one Terry Pegula.
