This goes to the core of what Adam's said about pride and wearing the Sabres jersey to me. There needs to be a much higher standard, and if talking with, meeting alumni from yester-years instills that, so let it be written, so let it be done. Maybe a pre-seadon alumni bootcamp is what is required, with alumni screaming in their faces, bag skating them, 12 hour grueling runs around Western New York, rain, sleet, snow or shine. Whatever it takes.

I mean, just look at that Montour post gamer, when asked about changes he looked and sounded like somebody was taking his puppy away. I am in meetings daily, before, during and after the simulations with my entrusted grizzled analytics and player development staff.....

I happen to agree with the sentiment on being angry about the void of accountability from ownership. This is Terry's baby, he should address the fan base directly, acknowledging the catastrophe that has unfolded and informing the fans of the plan going forward.

Every one of those players are full aware of the situation. I would dread going to the media interviews as well. This has probably put a large number of the players on the roster to the breaking point. And that has been one of my 2 questions, the 1st has always been where is ownership? The second is where is the veteran leaders, the Okposo's and Staal's? The locker room has to be like a funeral every day. Tough situation for some of these guys that are so competitive.

TA traffic cone has had more success at defending than Dahlin has. And sadly it's the truth.

oh come on PA, the penalty/non penalty is an after thought, especially given the players responses post game time and again. It is clear the coach is a ball washer, and the players are full aware its a game of pucks.
