We lost due to some big defensive blunders and sub par goaltending. I don’t think small forwards are the problem, it’s unimposing defenseman. That’s what lost us to Ottawa and Philly. This game Lyubu got blown by, which is what you’re going to get sometimes with him. Him paired with Clague is still a huge weakness. Comrie just isn’t that good. If the offense is struggling, like they were this game, can’t have both defense and goalie also fail you. And the offense still scored 3 goals. I really disliked the power play though. Skinner is getting too many touches and the guy is a turnover guru

If bills and cinci win this weekend I find a neutral site AFC being a decent compromise. KC would still get their bye. I still wish the Bills could get that bye, but cramming in a game to get it isn’t worth it.

Power has let dudes sneak behind him for half our goals against the last few games. He has a ways to go.

I think half of what makes Tage click this season is Tuch. Those two large forwards with king reaches really gives defenseman struggles. Because of this I see him closer to a 10 than a 5. Still a wonder to watch though 🙂 I don’t see Tage taking games into his own hands like some other players can. He’s just a perfect fit for the system and this gives his elite finishing ability many chances to show.
