Haven’t been able to watch closely but they don’t seem to be getting outplayed. Just out bounced and our weak defenseman being weak spots. Levi was a good excuse to not over commit to a goalie last off season but there’s no excuse to not splurge on defenseman this off season.

It took twenty games that dug a hole too high for us to climb out of. The rose colored glasses you have is insane. Now I think a lot of this is an assistant coach issue, but he takes the blame still. February/March was awful hockey.

Don’t understand why the coach benches the only guys who have been skating all night. Cozens is injured and it shows. Tuch and Thompson are out of it today. Levi is the only reason we got this far Pterka and Quinn deserve OT

Tuch is standing still and a defenseman makes an egregious turnover. He then bumbles a weak shot on net that thankfully Mittelstadt is in position to clean up. getting that point doesn’t absolve his lack of compete right now that the whole team minus the kid line is watching and mimicking right now.

Mittelstadt has grown into being a skill player. He’s our 1C right now regardless of context, that’s an achievement. Hardest work ethic on team Krebs has given up and turned grinder. 4th line center and not playing great down the stretch, though has a good work ethic usually. A year ago I think people would’ve guessed the opposite outcome.

Finding a Hasek goalie ain’t an easy task
