Don’t understand why the coach benches the only guys who have been skating all night. Cozens is injured and it shows. Tuch and Thompson are out of it today. Levi is the only reason we got this far Pterka and Quinn deserve OT

Tuch is standing still and a defenseman makes an egregious turnover. He then bumbles a weak shot on net that thankfully Mittelstadt is in position to clean up. getting that point doesn’t absolve his lack of compete right now that the whole team minus the kid line is watching and mimicking right now.

Mittelstadt has grown into being a skill player. He’s our 1C right now regardless of context, that’s an achievement. Hardest work ethic on team Krebs has given up and turned grinder. 4th line center and not playing great down the stretch, though has a good work ethic usually. A year ago I think people would’ve guessed the opposite outcome.

It was Cozens going on fast breaks that made that line stand out. Spread it out

Someone needs to teach him how to shoot again. Guy can’t hit the net

This guy is going to mesh well once he gets up to speed. You can already see the progression. Pairing him with Thompson and Cozens worked out really well
