I thought he took a couple digs at Buffalo which might rub people the wrong way. I'm wondering though... Is that closer to a Detroit style pizza than a Buffalo style pizza? For starters, most of the Buffalo pizza I've had is round... Not a sheet. In NF, I usually get a sheet (or a half sheet when ordering one pie, or a full sheet which is two pies 😏). Is there really the stress to get the toppings right to the edge? Usually I see it kind of fade out towards the edge. I also question the oil usage. Thoughts?

While I 100% with the sentiment of what you're saying, I need to add one caveat. I've been to so called wing joints in Canada north of Toronto where Blue Cheese isn't even an option. Instead, they push a "dill sauce" which is nothing less than a cheap substitute for the real thing. Completely unacceptable.

Getting a 1st rounder for Risto and Gaustad have been my two favourites.

Tried Gangster's back in the Sammy's days and liked it... Just not as much as Sammy's. It might be time for another visit. Never tried Buzzy's though. That might be the next place to go.

Coming from Canada, we like to hit the pizza joints of Niagara Falls, NY (as it's closer than Buffalo proper). Most are hole in the wall type places that all serve good pizza and wings (esp compared to Canada). It seems everyone has their favourite. I may have mentioned before that WAY back in the day, nothing could touch Sammy's on Hyde Park Blvd. Then maybe 15 years ago the quality went down. Last weekend we tried Joey's in the LaSalle neighborhood. It was good enough to go back... But still no old school Sammy's. Any others hit the NF pizza joints? Any new faces on the scene in the Buffalo area?

There's 10% of people that are too far left, and 10% of people that are too far right. Whatever end you're on, don't be a 10%er. My take is any jersey worn for warmups other than the real jersey is kind of cheesy. I said in a different thread that the meatheads on ATW actually got one right. Send the players that really care about the LGBT community in and do something really meaningful. Something better than wearing a jersey for warmups. Maybe a big road hockey game or something.

You could buy a pair of skates for an underprivileged kid. Maybe one with a rink nearby so they don't need a ride to go use them. Maybe one with a hot mom, that you could charm with your upbeat charismatic personality. I used to work with a single dad who told us he would wear our company jacket to his kid's soccer games. Funny guy. His words: "To the dads, this says {our company name}. To the single mom, this says Dental Plan." 😆

You're right with the sentiment of your post, but I think Vancouver might be an outdated example. Unless of course access to Fentanyl is high on your list of quality of life.

Not saying how accurate or inaccurate the poll was, but given the fact I'd expect most UFAs (but not all of course) to be closer to their settle down days, old guy criteria is probably better than young guy criteria. The entry level and RFA guys don't get much say where they're playing, so a poll that catered to their lifestyles would be a bit of a useless exercise.

I don't like him, but I give him credit for going Vince McMahon on the booing. Good entertainment for sure.

My distaste for an expansion team winning due to a rigged draft far outweigh any feelings for or against what someone who used to play for our team does.
