The stats nerds say UPL was -1.74 goals saved above expected. Comrie was +0.06. I'm calling it... if Comrie is in net, we win this game. UPL is the reason we lost.

UPL is not a viable NHL goalie. He has not shown to be a viable AHL goalie. Comrie is injury prone. Levi an unproven rookie. There's no one on the farm. If KA doesn't at least attempt to make the Sabres look like they're trying to be a legitimate team, it's is going to hurt us when trying to convince the next round of FA's to sign here under fair terms.

Not sure on the Comrie or Levi injury outlook, but Adams has to be shopping for a goalie now, right? 🫣

I think it would make for a better game where if you make a tackle for a safety, it would be worth 3 or 4pts. A team can still concede for two by walking it out the back of the endzone... But the reward for pinning a team and getting the sack should be worth more than what it is now.

I said in the Mexican thread, I think the original in Syracuse is more consistent than the Buffalo and Rochester locations. The ribs are always really meaty and never overdone. The brisket is always juicy like it should be. Push come to shove, I'd say I've had better quality in Buffalo over Rochester, but I would say the Rochester location and ambience wins. Did anyone else ever eat at Kentucky Greg's? That was my go to many years ago.
