This is a horrible season and getting worse.

Oskari is hoping to be ready for NHL in three years. I believe he can pull that off without injuries.

I'm optimistic about this trade although there are some risks in it.

I'm very excited about Housley. The players in Predators loved him and the way he could coach them as individuals. The way Housley saw the ice as a player gives some hope he can see the game in a different way as a coach too. Also I believe he can help our defenders and especially Ristolainen a lot. We have a young team that will grow and I believe Housley migt be just the right guy to steer us towards a great future.

I don't think Bylsma will go. I would give him more time but we need to build the team stronger for the next season. It also would be nice if our key players would stay healthier.

ICU sound always scary. I hope he makes a full recovery soon.

I have seen very little of Sabres games this season but from what I have seen I think that Risto's extremely hard work in the summer is really paying of. I'd like to see him get a sound defensive partner so he could use his offensive skills even more. Someone like Teppo Numminen would have been perfect with him.

I had some Balvenie 17 years Rum Cask this evening. Very nice.

Where do we get a new coach from?

I have only seen two periods of Sebastian Aho playing so far but he seems to have started as well as I was expecting.

I think the 2nd and 4th could have been saved although they were not actually his fault.

I'd say we are a waiting things to get better team like Columbus and Toronto. No success in the cards in couple of years.

I didn't like that our players let the distances grow so much especially between defence and forwards. Also the players were too often without any help from the next guy. We don't have enough skill and we do need to play as a team if we want to win. Lehner didn't impress me either.

A friend of mine said Karma is a bitch when I told him about Kane's injury. I guess he isn't a fan of Kane. I must admit I'm not either but it was perhaps a bit harsh from him to comment like that.

I was so happy about Risto's deal yesterday and now it feels like the season could be over. Nice to be a Sabres fan. :sick:

I believe we will be very happy with this deal in a year or two.

Ristolainen wants a six year deal worth a little over 6 million and the team is offering closer to 5 mil. It seems that Risto wants to play but his agent has advised him to sit out until the new deal. Not good for anyone.
