That actually is awesome news, having done something similar a few years ago my advice is don't do anything more than you can repeat the next day. Worst thing that can happen is a repeat injury or set back Is that 16 pounds since I saw you last or the past 6 weeks?? Either way that is pretty awesome also. I've lost about 15 since we've met and I hit the 5 mile mark on my daily power walks. Which may not sound like much but I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I first started at the 1 mile mark. So I'm pretty pumped over that. Sugar levels down, cholesterol down, blood pressure down, resting bpm way down, I guess there is a reason why you feel better after all and you can tell I'm a pretty old guy by me even knowing that info.

Observations: Reinhart looks much better at wing than center (yes I know it was only 2 games) It's not hard to see Bailey's speed and strength, pretty impressive, a bit raw in other aspects but how does a 3rd line of him and Kane together sound?? Speaking of Kane, for someone having a down year..... He leads the team in 5v5 Goals and has a better GPG % 5v5 than anyone on the Jets Legwand may be long in the tooth but he's a very underrated penalty killer, does a very nice job on the PK Does Eichel lead the team in turnovers/giveaways??? He had 4 yesterday, a high number for anybody I don't dislike Rob Ray but sometimes I want to go STFU during the broadcast, I miss RJ also Speaking of dislike.... Subban and Kane have a bit of a rivalry brewing..... No love lost here from either party..... I like it, last game also had a bit of action between these 2 Bogosian was a beast at the end of that game.... an another I like What in the world has happened to our GKs??? Thank goodness we were scoring goals because Johnson was not at his best but better than Lehner's past 2 games... Who starts tomorrow??

My only issue was my password didn't work first time around and I had to have it reset. Problem solved, picture isn't bad but isn't HD either. Now I know why. I do have it on a ROKU but the app doesn't appear to be nearly as informative as it used to be. Hopefully they cure this soon. I will say the streaming does appear to be much better but whenever I do have a loading issue, I have come to realize I'm better off backtracking the live feed a minute and rewatching things and it miraculously works again.

Observations: The worst effort of the year from this team Bailey had a nice debut, speed and power on display but he's not ready yet to be in the NHL Reinhart is not ready yet to be a NHL center. He looks capable at wing but he doesn't look physically ready yet to be a center in this league, hopefully it comes, if not he'll be a very capable winger. His defense was awful the past 2 games and he doesn't have the speed to make up for his mistakes Gudas is a goon. 2 nothing short of goonish hits, almost purposeful to injure the players he took out. Just no place for that kind of action. If the league is really going to try and limit the fighting they HAVE to punish this kind of play To showcase the lack of depth on this team, who could have possibly imagined we would have missed 2 players with a combined 7 goals for the year so far as much as this team missed Larrson and Girgensons.When Deslauriers is in your top 6, you know your in trouble. Priority #1 next year, get Eichel some wingers to play with, he's still making rookie mistakes in positioning but his strengths as a player gets minimized playing with the guys he's getting teamed with. Lehner has been nothing short of atrocious these past 2 games. 3 goals in this game alone that should never have seen the back of the net. This game was uglier than it normally would have been because of his play. You could sense the players had no confidence in him. If this continues, the Sabres are going to have to overpay alot to get some quality UFA's to come here next year.

I'm guessing he gets a lot more than 5.5M per and for more than 4 years elsewhere. Depending on how really good Drouin is and I can only go by prior scouting reports, Pysyk, next years #1 and you have a deal with me. I'm speculating next years #1 isn't going to be as high as this years and Pysyk (I do like him but) is only a 3rd pairing Dman, you have to do that deal.

Good post and to add on to it, there is no way you can convince me he hasn't gained major respect as a player from his coaches and teammates for his assist on Reinhart's hat trick, going down to the 3rd line and making it much better and then last nights fisticuffs. If he truly was a cancer in the Jets locker room last year, he's found the cure this year.

To me you find a fit for a talent like Stamkos but having said that, I don't think there is any way he comes here. If he leaves Tampa Bay, there will be a bidding war for his services with at least the leaves and I don't think we have the allure or the available cash to overpay what Toronto would be willing to do especially after they rid themselves of Fanoff. I would prefer they do a 2 player UFA deal for a 1st pairing offensive LHD (Goligoski or Yandle) and a speedy productive winger like Boedeker. Maybe make a deal for Fowler, hit on a top 3 draft choice and we're viable again. Yandle-Risto Fowler-Bogo McCabe-Pysyk Boedeker-ROR-Reinhart.......... Boedeker adds speed to this mix Girgs-Eichel-Draft Pick (Laine)......... Girgs-Eichel seem to mesh sell Kane-Larrson-Gionta/Fasching........ Hopefully the Kane Larsson partnership keeps going strong 4th liners...... Moulson-Foligno-Schaller-Desa??? That looks pretty good also........... Not far off from what others pick That leaves Ennis/Gorges/Franson future draft pick to try and get Fowler

Forget your coffee this morning Big J???? Another nice job WildCard. This is the Panther's 3rd game in 4 days, hopefully we can take advantage of that. Jagr has 3 goals and 2 assists against us in 3 games. The ageless wonder We were competitive against them in the first 2 games but during their win streak they buried us in the 3rd. Right now they and Tampa are the best bet to give the Capitals a run in the playoffs.

I like McGinn but for the money, I would prefer they have some extra money to go after a top line LHD in free agency or off season trade. Also for the same money or a bit more you can pick up a more productive, speedier winger. I don't see him being worth it in the long run.
