I like your third option, keep him at centre, play wing on PP and when the bench is shortened. Let's give him at least half a season in that position. Someone from Rochester may make some noise and make the leap to help his wing.

Antipin can skate. McCabe and Scandella seem like the PK duo. I hope Scandella doesn't go down too much to block crease passes, takes himself out of the play. He did it twice so far, looking like Hasek flopping around.

Nolan brings way more fame than D-Lo. He seems like a good PK guy and I noticed some hockey sense, as well as the grit we expected.

He's the guy that's been getting press for a couple of seasons now. I think he can do it because he's already played at his current level for more than a year.
