I agree....might have been the most exciting 2-1 OT game ever You mean you forgot all the turnovers that lead to goals he has? -
The Bills may not be, but every year teams make the playoffs due to playing weak schedules. It's honestly long overdue for the Bills. This is coming a year early for the Bills, the expectation wasn't to be making the playoffs until next season, but I think they have done a great job rebuilding the OLine and adding playmakers in Brown, Beasley, Knox and Singletary. With another offseason where they have tons of Cap Space and extra picks to use to maneuver around the draft board in the mid rounds, I am expecting they will add more on offense to bolster what they started and add another pass rushing DE hopefully.

What he is saying to the press and fans and what he is saying to the players are likely two different things.

Sabres always suck against the Panthers. I give them a 10% chance of winning.

Sabres are dominating this game overall. I'm not sure of they will win this game playing that way, Rask seems to be standing on his head tonight, but they will win a LOT of games if they play like this more often... -

What the hell is going on here?? They are outshooting the Bruins 12-0 right now, are up 1-0 and could be up 3 or 4 goals easily... -
Wow...kinda saw the writing on the wall

I mean cmon..that was such a lazy backcheck...

I think they won't admit it but I'm willing to bet JBot is praying Okposo decides to call it a career due to concussions for the salary cap relief they would get from his albatross of a contract... Would the Sabres get his full salary(prorated obviously for this year) credited back to the cap moving forward if that happened or only part of it? Not sure how that works with injury retirements....I am pretty sure they could put him in Long Term IR and move his salary off the cap too...

Hutton needs to stop letting in these crazy weak goals...this one cost us a point. -

Hutton lets in a higher percentage of impossible angle goals than any goalie I've ever seen. -

They need to get it together tonight and not have a 5 minute lapse that costs them 4 goals. -
Great October but..... What Does November Hold?

We also aren't relying on winning in OT and the shootouts for all the wins...the team actually LOOKS like it should be winning for much of the game. -

I'm not worried about blowing 2 goal leads because that means they are getting the lead to blow. Far better to worry about fixing this issue than why they are continuously falling behind 2-0. They are still learning what RK wants and have done a pretty good job implementing much of it right off the bat. Yes, they still have some defensive zone issues from time to time but I am also seeing forwards much farther back than I ever saw them last year. -
They finished in their 2 highest positions ever in the premier league while he was there...7th and 8th...not great but not bad for what they would term a "minnow" in the scheme of England's soccer hierarchy. They also qualified for the UEFA Europa League for the first time with the 7th place finish. Again, context is everything in Soccer. If you aren't one of the "haves" in terms of money, attendance, stadium, training grounds, youth programs, merchandise sales and fan support, etc then you have an unbelievably hard uphill climb in those leagues...far harder than any of the North American Sports...they don't have a "draft" to give bad teams a chance to get good/great players on entry level contracts where they are pretty much stuck for 4+ years.
