It WAS a BS press conference. People like me didn’t want to hear what you’ve been doing (evaluating), but wanted to hear a statement that you have a plan to try and fix it. I understand he was ultimately there to answer questions from the press, but he didn’t really answer any of their questions.

6K stopped 32 of 34 shots. And the first goal shouldn’t have counted because the Comets were way offsides. Solid game for the Amerks and especially 6K.

Murray with a goal on a strong push and scramble in front with Fogarty and Mersch. 3-1 Amerks. 6K now with 20 saves on 21 shots. Looking very good.

Fitzgerald with a shorty 9 seconds into the 2nd. Amerks 2-1.

Comets dominated possession and play for most of the 1st, up until the end. 6K stopped 13 of 14 Comets shots. Amerks with only 6 shots. Game tied 1-1, with Comets starting the 2nd on a PP.

Dea wins a draw back to Fitzgerald, who promptly ties the game 1-1 with 2 minutes left in the 1st.

Comets up 1-0 only 59 seconds into the game after entering the zone illegally.
