I'm starting to feel really good about Lehner looking at other teams :p

Just woke up , had a pizza before I go to work, will eat half a bread at work. The eating isn't an issue with me its all the drinking, I gained a lot of weight 6 years ago, pretty steady at 110kg now. If I'm fit I weigh in at 90kg. I drank like 1.5 liters of cola a day + me and my buddy at work had like a 5 day a week beer binge going on back then when I just quit sports because I couldn't play anymore with my shifts. Was like 15 + beers minumum each night we went out :p Now I limit myself to two cola's max a day, only go out 2x times a week max , so my weight is steady now, but thinking of starting to work out again. :p

If you look at dallas, not that mindblowing. Even jones having a lesser year for the sharks. From the top of my hat teams with a worser goalie situation than us. Oilers, coyotes (though smith has been ok this year), stars, red wings, kings, avalanche, flyers, blues (allen has been pulled several times past few weeks) , canucks , jets.

The biggest Issue why I chose Larsson over Zemgus is winning face offs, I don't like that Kane needs to take them for him. Kane has been doing that for Eichel and Samson to though. Also Larsson has more of a mean streak.

I was listening to the canadian broadcast about all the Lehner rebound control, first thing they always comment on: bad positioning of the sabres on rebounds. I see a goalie, you know there will be rebounds no matter what, I see our defense and forwards always being a step to late, but that just might be me :D

Don't know if I want to go in a debate with all the Lehner haters, but I have a lot less confidence in Nillson than Lehner. Rebound control aside, I think Nilsson is way more out of position than Lehner.

Normally I would say yes, but he'll lose a good D men to Las Vegas in a couple of months for nothing if he keeps this up.

Maybe we do, but won't be for Kane or Ennis, seeing the tight cap the ducks are dealing with. Its an inner cap, not a league cap.

I'd trade Dareus , he won't be a good fit with the new coach, watch it. Get some draft picks for him and ship him out of the division.

Lehner: he has shown he is a starting goalie in the nhl, that #1 pick was the price you pay. He ranks 15th in goalies in the nhl, giving him the bust label is premature. Franson: I think he has been our 3rd best D this year. Only worry is his lack of speed, but he seems to cover that up with positioning a lot better this year. (2nd rounder at the deadline for sure) Fasching: a failed trade already :blink: Kulikov: is bad luck with his injury, and that trade also got you Asplund for just Pysyk + our 2nd rounder. Don't think anyone here didn't like that trade at the draft. Kane: will turn into a top 4 LHD, just watch it. Gorges: is a good 6/7 D, he has been a warrior last 3 years for us and did what he was traded for. We gave up a 3rd rounder for him ??? that is not a failed trade. Moulson: signing turned out bad, but his buyout is very reasonable, so reasonable other gms would love to trade possible buy outs for his' . McCormick: is not a failed signing its bad luck and the guy will remain on the injury list until his contract is up. Bogo: Sometimes I wish we had Myers instead, but then I realize myers wasn't good at D either, failed the space in front of the goal a lot to. And in the end it was Kane that was the target in this trade. And unless you were a huge Myers fanboy, I don't think any of us didn't like the trade at the time.
