I have been considering the idea of splitting up Okposo and O'Reilly. Let Sam ride shotgun with O'Reilly, and let Okposo drive the offense on our second line. I think at this point, Sam is an excellent complimentary piece, but he's not quite at the level where he can create offense for a line all by himself. I think he would be better off as center of the second line if we had anybody better than Ennis and Zemgus to flank him. Unfortunately, right now we don't. When Kane gets back... maybe. Or, have Sam center Okposo and x. Then O'Reilly plays with x and x. The first option gives us a better chance to win, I think. But it's not clear cut to me.

I agree. I think Zemgus has been pretty bad this year, so saying it was his best game is faint praise.

That video made me cringe hard. I can see it from Evander's POV too, though, as I'm sure his video of lip syncing rap got a slew of racist-driven internet trolling.

I thought this was Zemgus's best game of the year so far.

I mean, medicare and medicaid/social security is going to cost the government a fortune no matter what. I think the ads are a legitimate human effort by the government to do good in the world. Saving unmeasurable amounts of hypothetical money in the future doesn't strike me as the driving motivation. That's why I think referring to it as a profit is so strange.

Selma is incredible. One of the most egregious oscar snubs in recent memory. Ava duvernay is an incredible director. They couldn't use MLK's actual speech so the writers wrote their own version of his speeches. The result is pretty amazing.

I think he's an emotional, competitive human being despite also being analytical and calculating. I think he knows that this team is capable of doing some damage in the regular season when at full strength, and they should be able to tread water for the next month or so.

I don't really think Tim's timeline has been moving around much, even with the Eichel injury. Haha sorry for the sass, I was detecting a hint of the GMTM IS OBSESSED WITH PICKS meme that seeped into the board during the t***.
