  1. I'm with you and Flagg, I got mad about previous bad calls that were obvious bad calls (Risto in OT vs Boston last year). Nice pass, Franson.
  2. Good no call there. I wish refs would un-call bad calls more often.
  3. I'm out of breath just watching them stop and start.
  4. Larsson is so smooth Ennis is driving me crazy.
  5. Reinhart created some space there for Ennis. It's dreadfully obvious that he's the only one capable of doing so on that line.
  6. Moulson dumps it to the toronto d-man instead of hitting O'Reilly with an easy 10 foot pass.
  7. ??? Do you know how message boards work?
  8. Huh. Based on your written voice alone I'd have never guessed that. Oh, you're from Texas? Nevermind.
  9. He hasn't been around the past few days. Thanks for the pointless condescension. I (and everybody else) have been watching Foligno for his entire career. Hey, 12 year old with a computer, you do know there are video games out there in the world, don't you???
  10. I can't disagree there. I'd probably hypothetically roll the dice on Armia, but with our current thin NHL forward depth Foligno is the better option. Man, Murray really should've signed another 3rd pairing D-man and 2 more depth forwards. He really must've been banking on Vesey.
  11. Armia is 23 and has played 52 NHL games. Foligno is 25 and has played 275 NHL games. I think we know what Marcus is, whereas Armia could get significantly better.
  12. Gorges is a fine third pairing defenseman. Not every player needs to be a burner. And I see what you mean with Kulikov, I thought you meant getting beat in a more general sense.
  13. I thought Lehner did a good job kicking rebounds harmlessly to the walls this game. There were still one or two occasions I remember the puck going back into the slot, but otherwise I thought Lehner's rebound control looked a lot better. And Pi, I agree with you completely on Foligno. The only way he's on our contending roster is as a 4th liner, and with that cap hit he's more likely to be elsewhere.
  14. That's not a product of him adjusting, that's a product of being an NHL defenseman.
  15. Disagree on Foligno. He can take the body and tie up a puck, but he never just wins battles outright. Larsson is the driving force of possession on that line.
  16. I didn't watch the game today :) And if you wanna win as many games out of 16, then playing McCoy while he's injured is really really dumb. Trying to beat the Fins with a hobbled McCoy is the definition of a short term move.
  17. You're basically lamenting that people post emotionally. That's not gonna stop. And plenty of good analysis came from the Sabres being bad, it just wasn't very fun.
  18. Or, I didn't like his play in the first two periods. Other than those plays where he put the thing in the thing. And I think plenty! And I like to think that I'm a creative kind of stupid, not just plain stupid. And I am cute, you're right.
