    I've given Foligno a lot of for having 4th line hands/brains this year. But I have to say after seeing him in person: Nobody works the boards on the Sabres like he does. He's not good at quickly and crisply winning pucks like Larsson can at times, he's more of a black hole that sucks in the puck and keeps it pinned no matter what. He, Larsson, and Gionta have been generating possession from it like clockwork.

    Saw 2 movies in theaters yesterday. Fantastic Beasts and The Edge of 17. Fantastic Beasts was eh. Pretty good, but I didn't feel much of a connection with any of the characters. Edge of 17 was sooooo good. They nailed what it's like to be a know it all teenager. There were a few lines in the movie that made me laugh so hard and feel so personally figured out. Hailee Steinfeld is an incredible young actor. She just lights up the screen. Woody Harrelson keeps cementing the special place in my heart he's had since Zombieland came out.

    Dan Bylsma is being a huge dick to Ristolainen. It's like he doesn't want Risto to believe in himself as a top player in the NHL. AHLer Fedun gets your #1 PP minutes and AHLer COR gets your shootout attempt. Keep dumping it in and grinding it out, DORK. Hot Daniel really believes in AHL magic.

    ROR and Larsson won some big time battles in OT. Risto needs to carry the puck with that kind of confidence in 5 on 5. He's good enough.

    Kane Larsson Gionta is worse than Foligno Larsson Gionta so far. Kane still looks injured. And it's so obvious he doesn't have the chemistry Foligno has with those guys.
