Rip on Eichel, too!

To the bolded: hockey is a fast game. I'm with X on this. He's still finding himself in Bylsma's system. Ennis was the premier player in Nolan's offense last year, and pretty much had free reign to do whatever. If he doesn't improve, yeah trade him in the offseason, but I think he'll be dangerous once he figures it out.

I know Ennis hasn't been playing great, but I'm sick of people ripping on him for tiny errors on a play that would've ended in a goal in every other NHL season ever.

There's just no sense whatsoever in adding a rule that makes it more difficult to score. Especially when it's not the players' faults. No player should get as much flack as Ennis has for going offsides. Offsides is supposed to be a small call. "Oh well, I missed the entry, back to the dot." Getting the crowd excited for a goal, and then taking it away is such an unnecessary kick in the dick.

Hot Daniel seems to really like matching fast players with Eichel. I think it's creating two problems: The other fastest forwards on our team (Ennis, Kane) are both generally puck carriers like you said. Ennis is more of a playmaker, so I see the logic with giving them time together. The other problem is that it encourages Eichel to use his speed instead of controlling the pace of the game and finding the right pass. He did put Moulson with Eichel and Ennis in the third. We'll see how long that lasts. I'm sick of seeing Eichel center pucks from the boards and nobody being there, so Moulson should do nicely with him. O'Reilly is a big time player. Second straight night that he's scored a big third period goal. I can't wait to see this team in the playoffs. Samson showing off some more offensive prowess on the two goals. Shame that the 2nd one got disallowed. 'Twas a beaut.

Moulson was pretty terrible tonight. Flagg was right about Benn's line terrorizing him.

They seemed to miss every offsides call in the 3rd.

The humanity. Foligno played another really nice game. Loving him this year. Bogo looked to be in mid season form already. Sign of a no BS pro. Nice to see. Gionta is a 3rd liner at best. Hot Daniel, please stop feeding him Evander Kane's ice time. Pleeeeaaaaasse.

I actually do feel bad for you. Nothing, however, is stopping WC from simply dropping out of school. Where are your priorities, man?

Admittedly not my thing, but it has a nice groove. I really like the intro. Great emotional range and his cadence really sets the stilted tone. But for god's sake, WC, post the explicit version next time.

No, Hoss is right. The argument is bogus. Cars exist for transportation, and guns exist to end lives. A significantly higher percantage of Americans own cars than firearms, so comparing direct numbers doesn't work. Banning cars makes no common sense, whereas banning killing machines is a logical argument to lower this number. As for the suicide argument, I have 2 friends that attempted suicide. Had they owned guns, I might've lost them.
