Well. That was boring.

I ALMOST bought a 5 string fretless, but was underwhelmed by the selection. And yeah having the extra bottom is pretty awesome. I gotta mess with my amp's EQ settings now.

I hate the Rags and Pens so much. I watched very little of that series. I hope the Caps demolish the Pens.

Okay the low B is pretty cool.

For chords and also for experimentation. I've played a 6 string bass for a while and I definitely liked having more high tone options.

LTD B 5E Oops they all ended up getting sideways somehow. It's really nice. I haven't messed with the action yet, and the G string is a little close to the edge of the neck but it has a great sound. Especially for slapping. I'm not sure how long I'm going to mess around with the low B, I'm thinking of doing high C up top instead.

I want Stannis and Brienne to be best buds and team up with GreyRobb (Robb Stark's body with Grey Wind's head re-animated (book spoilers)). I want the show to be fun, and I want the showrunners to have tried with every single ounce of their soul.

I've only seen game 5 of the series, but Toews looked dangerous. I saw him hit the post at least twice last night (I fell asleep after regulation).

With Taro saying he's a lock to sophomore slump I was thinking "What was the second half of this season for McCabe if not a slump?" I'm being quite optimistic in calling him a #4. But, hope.

If the off season doesn't have almost everyone here predicting playoffs, something has gone horribly wrong. And if the Sabres don't make it, Bylsma should be fired and TM should be on the hot seat at the very least.

I think everyone, save for maybe Randall, thinks our current defensemen are better than you think they are. If we don't make the playoffs next year heads must roll.

I think a good partner for Risto + Stamkos + good season for Lehner means that we could compete with Florida for the division title next season. Obviously a lot has to go right, but I think the chances are better with Stamkos and only 1 dman than with 2 good dmen and Okposo.

Me too, but next season might be a bit early for that, considering he just played top pairing for us all year. Probably none of them. But I'm not really expecting the Sabres to be contenders next season. And our forwards will be really good, hopefully, allowing for a servicable D corps to hold the fort down until we can find another top 3 D-man.

So long as his body doesn't disintegrate, Gorges is the definition of a 2nd pair stay at home guy.

In other words, Pietrangelo is good, but like Jamie Benn plays for a southern Western Conference team.

If Risto is a #1, then the rest of the D looks like this: Bogo is a #4 McCabe is hopefully at least a #4 Gorges is a #4 Pysyk is 3rd pairing Nelson is 3rd pairing, hopefully more Franson is the #7 I can definitely agree that getting 2 new Dmen would be nice, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. I look at next offseason for obtaining a number 3 if none of our guys have distinguished themselves by then.
